The UPS Store, Findlay OH

To get a answer on the phone is impossible. Any time of day even at 8: 05 it is always voicemail. I have called at all business hours and have yet to get a live person to answer. I have before left a voicemail and not a call back. This is frustrating to have to drive there to simply see what box size they have available also to deal with the woman that is behind the counter. Her customer service voice is not a friendly one. Too bad we don't have any other options but to go across town to the UPS hub. If my business was ran this way I wouldn't have one. Maybe it's easy for them since they are the only ups store available in Findlay Ohio
Well whole day has passed and much to my surprise no phone call. Not surprised just sarcasm. This place is terrible plain and simple. So you asked for a email. Why? You never responded. Typical. Folks find a different way to ship these people do not care about you or anyone. Unbelievable. One more thing. Boxes at Lowe's and home Depot are honesty half the price. I paid 17+ for a 24*24*24 and seen at Lowe's 9.and change

I go there all the time and Ms. Lisa is very helpful. Great service & Great staff!

Whole place is bummed out. Always having computer issues. Can’t even make a ship happen. Sadly this is the only ups store around here.

Went to get passport photos and was told in no uncertain terms and quite rudely, that they don't do passport photos, even though the board clearly says "passport and ID photos" under other services.
As far as I'm aware advertising a service you don't actually offer is a crime called false advertising. Think I'll take this to a lawyer.

Drove all the way across town to send out a time sensitive package. Arrived at 2: 48p (website, answering machine and sign on door confirm they close at 3: 00p) to find the door locked with employees inside. They ignored my knocking and phone call. Inexcusable. Lazy. Unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is the day and age we live in where no one wants to work but complains about how they should make more money. Shaking my head.

When your hours on Sunday are until 3: 00 don’t lock doors sooner so you get get home sooner, keep doors open till 3: 00. Very rude when I see you in there!

I arrived 10 minutes before closing with one small package to be dropped off. The address label was already attached. It would have taken minimal effect to take my package. The door was locked with an employee visibly inside. They ignored my knocking as well as my phone call.
