They work together great with Amazon to make sure that any Amazon return is done via Amazons authority or specifications. I am always, not usually, but always, in and out in a prompt manner. Gotta love that kind of service!
They couldn't print a.pdf or tell me what kind of file I needed to convert to so they could print. He said he could print Amazon files!
We normally went to the UPS on Beechmont because it’s closer to home, but I needed the notary service on a Sunday afternoon. The one in Beechmont didn’t have any notary public at the time. Luckily, Haley from the Amelia UPS store was available for notary. She’s friendly and professional. Thank you Haley!
Amazing service! I needed to mail some things to avoid flying with a checked bag, and brought in an old box crammed with items. They repacked it, and carefully wrapped the contents in separate plastic-covered parcels to keep them separated by type. And the staff was delightful! Very reasonable price, considering it included the box and the packing job. I recommend highly!
Have gone here twice and both times had a horrible experience. The shorter older man was impatient with me as I tried to get the info to ship the package as quickly as I could. Retrieving thr phone number from my customer he tapped his fingers on the desk and looked behind me. I get it, im holding up the line, im sorry! I appologized and got no response. He wasn't very friendly or helpful. On top of that, both packages I had to ship (from seperate time frames, not the same day) that should've been only $40 or $70 at most, ended up being $300 cheapest! How can it cost $300 to ship a 2 pound box to the UK? ! The thing itself costed less than $100 so it had no reason to be insured for any more. Needless to say, I took my package to USPS up the road and found the appropriate kindness and helfulness I was looking for, and the shipment for this 2 pound box to the UK was only $40 as I had predicted.
I will not be returning to this UPS store. Not with that kind of rediculous price and rude staff.
