9Terrible UPS store with astronomical fees and poor staffing. $3.95 to print a single sheet and wasn’t informed about the charge until after the sheet was printed. It also costs a couple bucks to use their tape. I would recommend going to Falls Pak & Ship where they will print and tape your parcel for you at no charge for all couriers!
Nate provided me with exceptional customer service. Both staff members were very courteous and helpful.
Went to this store to notarize a document urgently.the employee responsible forgot his stamp at home. They asked me to come the next day lol. They never bothered to apologize.very professional lol never again
I can’t believe how unprofessional and unfriendly the workers are there. I always try to go to Solon which hands up is 100 times better than this location. Every time I go, I have such an unpleasant experience with such unfriendly and non-helpful staff. In particular a woman that works there with the most ridiculous lashes. She was awful and should definitely not be working there, I was blown away with the miss treatment, and I’m worried that my packages won’t get delivered. If you can go to the Solon location, definitely take your business there.
Workers are rude and unhelpful every time I go in. There’s a Solon location that’s much more customer friendly.
Beware this UPS store. Do not deliver packages on time, deny responsibility for failures (“blame UPS, we’re not UPS, we’re an independent franchise”). Do not follow through on rectifying issues, do not return calls, rude to customers with problems due to their own poor service. I will not use them again and recommend you don’t either.
Not even my story. I have a friend that had the worst experience, recently with a UPS package sent from this store. I’m the end, the package, promised in 5 days actually took two weeks and the recipient had to pick it up herself. The UPS rep lied and said it was delivered. Unfortunately, when my friend complained to The UPS store in Pepper Pike, she was told that they it wasn’t their fault. They did their job! They threw UPS corporate completely under the bus. The problem is that no one is accepting responsibility.
Great customer service and overall experience. They work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible but ensure everything’s done right.
