5I went in to return an amazon package (which amazon sent in the manufacturer box) and apparently amazon won't accept it in the manufacturer box. So the store manager Chad worked with me and helped me call Amazon so they would pay for the shipping so I wouldn't have to. He gave me the number, talked me through the process and was so patient and kind. Great customer service! Thank you Chad!
They've been fine but now won't take Amazon returns. They just always complain about how it's packed even if it's in original packaging like Amazon directs.
