The UPS Store, Pickerington OH

Up until today, I have been using this store for many years. I was shipping an expensive gift set to a friend in Kentucky and it has been ruined. The box was clearly marked fragile and had a sticker on the bottom indicating that it contained alcohol. I did not know I could not ship it as I received it from UPS when I ordered it. I was told that I did not read all of the information on the tiny screen in front of me. And I was not permitted to ship alcohol.yes, shame on me that I do not know all of their rules. This why I would expect someone to ask me what kind of liquid or what is the value. I would never expect someone to come into my place of work and walk away without letting them know the do's and dont'ts. So, they broke or wouldn't return the bottle and ruined the book. In addition, because the worker marked that I declined the declared value, it is only $100 of insurance. The book alone was $100. Did I mention this was a collector's item? I trusted UPS with something valuable and expected to be informed properly. It's not like I can just run out to Walmart and grab another bottle. But they were kind enough to inform me that I could pay again to have it reshipped. Are you f'ing kidding me? Not only no, but I will make sure my friends don't ship and my business doesn't ship from here. Just sad! Take a minute to provide good and thorough service, it won't hurt to do your job!

I love this place. They are always so helpful. Stopped in today for some prints and Steve helped me. He was very nice, patient and efficient. I would recommend this pickeringron location for all your mailing and print needs. Go in an ask for Steve.

Franklin, Steve and Jim are “everything”! What I am saying is that they are amazing! Great customer care. They went above and beyond.

Jim, Frank, and Steve provided excellent service with Amazon returns, copying, laminating, and a notary.

We had an Amazon return and we didn't know how to return it. Ryan the store owner walked us through the whole thing and printed the return slip out for us and took care of the rest. Such and easy process making our visit very quick and easy.

I love this store- staff is always friendly and courteous. The weekend superstars, Steve and Jim, are great- really appreciate their awesome customer service.
