8Great store. They are always quick and now have a self serve kiosk to do your own return drops.
Item was shipped through this store but was lost in transit they told me call customer service and customer service told me call the store, getting jacked around, possibly a training issue but that doesn’t help me or person needing the items as shipment was greatly needed for a college project, UPS doesn’t seem to care much about helping customers. I have filed two BBB complaints
This Sunday morning, I stood outside the UPS Store five minutes before the store opened to make sure I would have five flyers I needed for a birthday party that was starting an hour from the store opening (yes, very last minute of me). As soon as Christine (the manager) opened the door she was quick to assist me even though she was the only employee working that day. She made sure to have my flyers were ready and beautifully made with care even though there was a line starting. Thank you for making a mom's day easier by helping me out and not making me come back or wait or make me feel about it! I appreciate the great customer service. Very sweet. Highly recommend this store.

Was able to get a few real estate documents notarized and witnessed at this UPS store. Friendly, helpful, and no wait.
This store has excellent service and a wonderful owner / manager. As a note, the person leaving a one star review because a UPS driver didn't leave her package at her house is remarking on UPS, not this store, and that comment should be removed. The UPS Store and UPS are separate entities.
