Great place to drop off Amazon returns! Staff is ALWAYS friendly! I love that I live so close to this store!

I always am appreciative of the service I receive when I come to this location. Whether if it is a shipping need, printing need, shredding need, or anything else in between the UPS Store 2399 team are always helpful. They go above and beyond to meet my needs for the day. Keep up the great work!

***I*editing this post to say***I now visit this UPS regularly on Mondays to pick up my shipping labels. Typically Nick helps and is extremely fast to get my order put in even when they're busy. I have recommended this place to so many people because they really are doing a fantastic job in here!

I was in a jam and needed to have a couple pages printed and someone on our local next door app recommended the oakwood UPS store and they definitely weren't wrong. I called three times setting my order up in getting instructions and directions on how to submit my order and Nick and Kayla the employees that I dealt with on the phone, we're so nice, patient, and friendly. They definitely treated me like a really valued customer even though my order will probably cost less than a dollar. I'm so pleased with my experience today that I had to come and share. Thanks guys! It's Monday July 20th at 4: 30 p.m.

I started using this UPS store when they started putting our newsletter for the Kettering VFW Post 9927, Amy and her staff are fantastic, Their graphic designer Rachel does a splendid job.

Far too many times have I rushed in right before closing and received the best service. No matter if I’m making 100 color copies or 2 black and white copies, you receive the same attention.

Today I ran in to print one page. She didn’t even ring it up. Told me to worry about it next time when I’m in to ship a package or print more than 1 page.

Local service with UPS’ nationwide delivery.

Ps. They have a 3D printer if you need to use one!

Recently dropped off two returns for some online purchases. Unfortunately, one of the items did not get correctly tracked by the retailer and I was forced to play detective and track it down (after I had already disposed of the tracking receipt because it had been delivered and signed for). Fortunately, the UPS Store came to my rescue! They were able to help me track down both tracking numbers and sort out the confusion all while being extremely sympathetic to my cause.

I can't speak for other Dayton locations but the customer service at Far Hills is top notch! Little to no wait time on all my visits and the staff make it a point to engage with you and be helpful. Needless to say I'll continue to fill my delivery needs through them and recommend you do the same.

I stopped by just to get a single signature notarized expecting it to be a nonevent and even perhaps an annoying errand that need to be completed. To my great surprise the OUTSTANDING customer service and friendly, welcoming staff turned a mundane (if not tiresome) part of my day into one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. To the staff I want to say thank you and let you know that your actions and attitudes have earned a customer who will go out of his way to use your store (exclusively if possible) in the future.

Only downside is that there is pretty limited parking and it's a little hard to see from the main road.

This is a very well run UPS Store. It’s in a great location in Oakwood. In addition, the store is very organized and clean. The staff are very helpful and are always prompt in greeting and welcoming new customers. They are very knowledgeable about shipping and will work with customers to ensure the lowest price and safest method of shipment.

Very well-managed store with all the accoutrements you'd expect. Rachel was pleasant, very competent, and quick. When I remarked on my papers getting bent out of shape on the walk home, she kindly gave me an express envelope for them.

I love this local UPS store! I save so much time since they have previous addresses that I send packages to already in their system. Saves so much time, and I do not have to make labels at home. Also, the service is always fast and friendly.they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door! Plus, I love how I can just drop off my returns that have prepaid labels.

These folks are so friendly and so helpful! It's nice to have that "drop and go" confidence. Good stuff. So much easier to just deal with these nice people!

I've had a mailbox at the UPS Store in Oakwood for 8 yrs. The staff has been consistently friendly and very helpful. Great Store!

Called them at 3: 50pm. The woman who answered told me they close at 5pm. Drove 20 mins to get there and they were closed. Sign said they close at 4pm! Wasted our time and gas.

Excellent staff! Helped me with some difficult printing projects. Didn't realize that they offered notary services as well. Will be back!

Went to this location today to drop off some tickets, which usually takes about 30 seconds. I understand being busy, but the one of employees stood and talked with a customer for five minutes after she had helped him. The other cashier helped me and said to get an envelope (usually they provide the normal thin envelope for mailing StubHub tickets), so I grabbed a padded envelope and she put it all together and said I just have to ring you up for the package. Said there weren't any free envelopes at this location. The other woman broke away from her deep conversation with the customer to show her the correct envelope. So then I waited to make sure she put the ticket in the right envelope. No apologizes or anything, just have a great day. Not a big deal, but I'll hesitate to go back to this location. Both women had glssses, one was older and one was younger, I didn't catch their names.

The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. Stephen helped me the last time I came in and went above and beyond for such a small problem.
