The Vue, Beachwood OH

Had a 3month lease with them and were charged me $2k penalty for giving like a 40-days move out notice since I had a heart procedure and were stuck in hospitals for like more than a month, tried to talk to the staff but I feel they don’t want to help but all they care about is money, they even want me to ask for my parents if I don’t have money to pay for the “prorated charge”.
Recommend everyone to give a move out notice on the day you move in and to get a law degree because they will charge you in anyway they can and then tell you in somewhere they have stated something without explaining it first.
Worst rental experience in my life. Happy that I will not be coming back.

The Vue is a beautiful place to live. The courtyard has a resort style pool with plenty of seating and dining space. They host fun events for residents to go to. The manager, Matt, is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Best of all, the residents treat each other like family!

It’s a good experience and stay. Staff is polite and professional too! Wanted shout out to Shana Edward- she is always kind, caring, and willing to help.

Beautiful space, great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Of who I am going to personally acknowledge Miss Shana Edwards! She’s absolutely amazing! The property has amazing atmosphere, building is kept clean around the clock.

Amazing quick fast knows what he’s talking about. Amazing at their job. Hollis is amazing reliable guy on the site always available when I need them. Left my trunk open to my car. Make sure he got a hold of me. Watched my car until I got back to it.

Very nice place near the city! Shana Edwards was very informative and knowledgeable of the building and all of its amenities.

When we inquired about obtaining an apartment, the leasing consultant, Shana was welcoming. She made some great suggestions. She informed us about all the luxuries included. We loved the fact it has a art gallery. There is nothing Louie some great art to make your day.

Hollis Rumph is a very nice guy an keeps the grounds an around the building very tidy especially since it is a dog friendly complex an we appreciate him so much

Nice building, management has been getting better since staying in the building over the last 3 years. Hollis always keep things tidy in the garage and his energy is the first thing you encounter in the morning.

Shaylee was the sweetest leasing agent I’ve worked with. She was super knowledgeable about the property and its amenities. It’s was very clean and seems like they have a cool event every week!

Great amenities, neighbors are nice. Peaceful yet if you want to socialize you can plus management has been doing a great job of having community events to meet more neighbors. Great staff, Hollis has been one of the faces that been consistent over the last couple years. Always good to have familiar faces around plus he’s extremely helpful.
