The Woods at Perry Lane, Westerville OH

I’ve lived here for 6 months and feel these apartments are a good value. The location is excellent. The complex is newer, the finishes & appliances in my unit are in good shape, and the apartment itself is a decent size. The grounds outside are neatly kept and management does a great job of keeping the parking lot clear in the winter. They were very prompt with shoveling & salting the sidewalks, whereas other complexes in the area didn’t even bother to have their parking lots plowed. The best thing about living here so far has been the customer service though. The staff is extremely helpful, going above and beyond for their tenants. I would definitely recommend The Woods at Perry Lane!

Litter everywhere and poorly maintained landscaping (Muddy, no grass only weeds, dog poop EVERYWHERE). Sidewalks and roads are always slippery in the winter due to poor shoveling and barely any salt. Neighbors are trashy and loud. Apartment is fine, community and outdoor areas are awful.

Completely overpriced garbage. Others have posted you hear everything your neighbors do that's no lie. Worse place I have ever lived.

One of the worse place to live. I was living there for 2 years.bad experience! These apartments has all kinds of insects ants, cockroaches.and they changed you so badly even you don't have to do with this. They charged me $6k. My suggestion is that don't live in this apartment.

Really nice complex, very clean and great amenities

Already not a good sign if they don't answer for potential tenants.couldn't imagine an actual tenant lol
