The decision to live at the Woods on Wilkins has been a very good decision for me. The proximity to 71 and 275 allow for quickly getting to both sides of the City with ease. I am also very pleased with all the shopping and entertainment that Deerfield offers. I found Cathy and Mike very willing to work with me to make the experience of buying a new home a positive one.
Woods on Wilkens is truly a great place to call home. The location is unbeatable - desirable and relaxing setting in the midst of convenience and amenities within walking distance. We really enjoyed working with the entire Staff. Everyone was very friendly and willing to do what was needed. Everything was delivered as agreed and on time. This was one of the most efficient and enjoyable home buying processes we've experienced. We highly recommend WoW.
We love living at The Woods on Wilkens! Being within walking distance to the theater, shopping, dining, and the park is great. It's also nice to be only five miles from the Little Miami bike trail. We have always found the building staff to be helpful and professional. They even worked with us to personalize our kitchen, including some features that they had never done before and the end result is wonderful. All the neighbors are so nice too. We love our new home!
