The Wyngate Senior Living Community-Lima

My kids and I got dinners here and they started at 4: 30 well we got there early at 3: 45 waited inside at a table. I called in the morning to reserve my dinners they took my last name and when 4: 30 came around me and my kids were told that we would have to wait until everyone inside the dining room got served first bc we wanted our dinners to go! So me and my babies had to sit and wait some more before we could get our food! I felt like we were treated really rude and if they treat us like that I wonder how the residents get treated. I feel like we were treated wrong.

I can't begin to tell everyone how wonderful the Wyngate representative was going up and beyond taking care of my Father getting him to go into the wonderful Wyngate community. Andrea was there every step of the way transitioning my Father from home to the facility. I called her after hours to come to my fathers house to help him get to the facility at night. She was right there. I would highly recommend the Wyngate for anyone making the decision for loved ones not able to live in their own home needing some assistance and gave me a peace of mind not having to worry about my father.
