8Poor management of scheduling. Lie about schedules, posting open gym times for them to have to closed when arriving. Front desk does not answer the phone what so ever, so it’s a mystery of when you’ll be able to use the membership you pay for. Workers can often be rude. With the amount of money paid for a membership, you should be able to use the basketball gym or atleast have honest employees about their scheduling.
Just remodeled, and Modernized New flooring everywhere including the locker rooms, new gymnastics gym,
I am very disappointed with the lack/limited child care hours Fri, Sat & Sun. I work full time and those are the prime hours I can go. I just paid $132.to join ($60 + first month) and haven't been able to go yet because of that. Join costs are excessive. The facility is nice. Just wish I could use it more.
Recently joined the Y, hadn't been there since I was a kid, and was glad to see a lot of remodeling going on. The staff was friendly & helpful, taking me on a tour. There were lots of new machines to workout on (weights, cardio, cycling etc) & there are trainers to help u with all that, no matter your age. Not to mention the 2 large pools! There are classes (some adults only) for all these activities or do it yourself. Back to the remodeling, the new womens lockerrooms will have a sauna & showers 18 & over only! Lots going on for every member of the family. If u have Medicare, they take Silver Sneakers. Check them out online or stop by for a tour!
We were there for a birthday party. The room was spacious and clean. It was great to have a nice entry and easily accessible restrooms.
Back at the Y! Shelly and Clay instruct excellent classes. Individualized for a broad range of skill levels. Everyone feels supported and welcomed into the group. So glad to be back.
