Thirty43 by the Greene, Kettering OH

I never lived here but live in the area. Where I live were only responsible for electric as gas and water is covered. What utilities are tenants at this unit responsible for because I was supposed to tour the spot.

Everything about living here is a 10/10. Maintenance responds so quickly and Dan is always wonderful!

I've lived here since 2019. I've enjoyed every bit of my stay so far. The management and maintenance teams are first rate, professional, courteous, and mindful of maintaining the best possible property for their residents. I feel very comfortable and am always proud to say where I live. Highly recommended.

The leasing office staff is amazing they actually care about the residents, the maintenance staff is absolutely the best! The property is gorgeous and I’m sooooo happy to live here.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any apartment complex! From the application process, living here over a year, and the renewal of my lease, I cannot say enough positive things. I was struggling to find an apartment a year ago due to lack of rental history and some credit issues, but Tim (the property manager) worked with me and made sure I was able to smoothly get through the application process and had me in a beautiful apartment in no time. You can't go wrong with the amenities either - a pool, a park, and beautiful scenery all around. Any time I've had a mantienance issue, it has been resolved promptly by Dan, who is so friendly as well! I was sincerely hoping I could renew my lease here since I've enjoyed living here so much, and upon meeting with Tim again, I was grateful to have an easy, streamlined experience with this as well. It was a huge relief to know I could stay in the comfort of this complex and not have to go through the struggle of moving in the middle of Ohio winter. If you are debating calling or applying, do it! Thanks again to Thirty 43's team for making this a wonderful place to call home!: D

I love how close these apartments are to everything. The new renovations look great too. The manager Tim is great go see him to reserve one before they are full again.

The quality of the fixtures and the interiors of the building are very poor. You will see new defects almost every second day. But the staff and maintenance here is very proactive. Tim is AMAZING!

Tim is AMAZING! He made my moving experience soooo easy! First place I have ever lived where I feel completely comfortable. Thank you Tim for everything you do!

My husband and I just moved into our apartment yesterday and we have nothing but good things to say!

We worked with Tatiana throughout the entire leasing process and everything went so smoothly! She was very friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy for us. When we picked up our keys yesterday Tim walked through the apartment with us and was also super friendly and very welcoming.

On top of the wonderful staff the apartment is the cleanest I have ever walked into upon move in. I've lived in three other apartment complexes over the years - including two "luxury" complexes - and this is by far the best all around experience I've had. And you can't beat the location for the price of rent. We can't recommend Thirty43 enough.
