Ryan listens and HEARS what your looking for, and then gives you his professional advice. When I was looking for someone that understood the insurance world, I didn't realize I would meet such a respectable professional but also a true friend.

My experience working with Thomas & Grushon is with Ryan Ingram. I just want to start out by saying Ryan is the man! I have a lot of policies, so one could say that I am a needy client, and Ryan has always been available to answer any questions no matter what time of day it is. Not only is he an awesome insurance agent, but he has reached out and became a good friend now. He is extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. No better insurance agent out there!

I have asked Ryan about a consultation about different insurance options. After one hour of detailed explanation, our company switched all our properties (56 units total) to his agency and never regret it. Exceptional service, great variety of options and you don't have to scratch your head to understand terms/billing/procedures etc. Highly recommend!
