5 Normally folks are friendly during Holiday time. But upon buying a gift card The young guy working proved to ask who was the gift card for and ask uncomfortable personal questions. One pertaining to race. The other pertaining to who it was going to. In the location that the store is placed to think that race of a customer is a concern in 2023 is quite funny.
When spending 100 on a gift card or something else, I think decency and common courtesy should be used.
Be aware of the strict 14-day return policy. It is lagging far behind the industry standard for returns and should be updated to better accommodate and prioritize customers. Not a good look for the company.
I am surprised this store has not posted a large sign on the door

Staff at this store are rude to all people of color and people they assume can’t afford the over priced rags
5 star service from Freddie, he is the best. He can pick an outfit in under 5 minutes. Fast service and always great taste in what to wear.
Not much to say but the tailoring done here in Akron is awesome! I hv my measurements at two other Ticknors and they insisted on measuring anyway. So glad they did. The shirt was delivered to me and everything I mean everything is lined up perfectly. From the length of the shirt to the cuff being inline with the pleat’s in the sleeves. Thank you thank you. Sorry I didn’t retain the salesman’s name. Great store!
