Tide Dry Cleaners, Cincinnati OH

My dog had torn her nail and gotten some blood on my bed comforter so I decided to take it to Tide to see if they could get it out. Christina, the attendant who took my comforter was extremely friendly and professional. She explained exactly what her plan of action would be to get the blood out and was very confident that she would be able to do so. After giving me my ticket she immediately got to work on the comforter as I was leaving the store. To my surprise I received a call just a few short hours lasted from Christina, she explained that she was able to get the stains out and that the comforter was hanging up to dry and would be available for pick up the next day! I would highly recommend Christina and the Tide crew on Beachmont for any and all of your dry cleaning needs!

I left $20 in my pants pocket. They returned the money to me! So honest. These folks are doing it right. The best cleaners I have ever used.

As soon as I drive up they come right out to either get or receive my order. Customer service is awesome. So friendly and always smiling. My clothes are perfect every time. Christina awesome job!

Dropped off my suit to get cleaned, first time using them. They threw away my expensive hanger that was used for my suit and gave me some cheap hanger. I asked them about it, and they said they throw away the hangers. First dry cleaning place I've ever been that does that. Will not be back. OH! And not to mention they didn't even give me the 50% off they said they would for being a new customer.

Had my daughters dress cleaned and pressed. Got the dress back with two stains that they told me shouldn't be a problem getting out. When I pick the dress up stains were still there one of the employees apologized and got me the manager. The manager was rude and told me we cleaned and pressed it and turn around and walked away didn't even apologize!
This was my first and last time using them!

This Tide location tried to dry clean a white dress of mine but was unable to remove the stains and also turned my dress light pink. Thankfully Cleaner Concepts was able to remove all of the stains and return the dress to white. I wouldn’t trust Tide Dry Cleaners.

I tried them until they ruined 2 $85 shirts. They sewed the buttons back on them after my complaint though they were the wrong color. You can ask for the manager but they are unsure who that is.

Tide dry cleaners really came through for me in a pinch just a few hours before a wedding I was attending they were able to clean and press my suit. The service was very professional and inviting. I won't be going anywhere else.

No shock to me that this place has mediocre reviews. Service is beyond incompetent, they do not have any interest in preserving customer relationships. If you want to literally be told how to handle yourself better as a customer and then be denied any support then come here. If you have a complaint, expect to hear nothing and be forced to escalate things to the "district manager" who's hands are tied to help you with damaged clothing. I had a coat that was shrunk, followed up and heard nothing back. Forgot about it and when I wore it the next season and was reminded it was completely ruined, I did what I could to follow up. The district manager essentially implied that I was threatening him when I said I would leave this review and then proceeded to tell me all the ways he wouldve handled the situation differently if he had been the customer instead of me. YES - he's telling me as the customer how to handle myself better next time. Thanks a lot Dave for the advice.

Massive incompetence - they constantly fail to follow simple instructions. I ask for my shirts to be folded and boxed. They have noted this instruction countless times, yet they only do it about 50% of the time, forcing me to come back after they've finally re-done the order. I ask for no clips on the pants - they keep putting them on. It appears they can't keep employees for very long, as there always seems to be new people there. Here's a tip: you're charging your customers a fortune for the service, how about paying the employees more so they'll stick around and become competent at what they do.

Didn't have my coat ready when promised. I'm not paying for it when they do decide to have it ready. I should've gone with an independent cleaner.
UPDATE: they didn't charge me since they were at fault, but I'm not sure I'm going back.

$124.00 to have 8 suits dry clean that are brand new - We are in business to make money but my goodness just bend me over because that's what you just did

Dropped off one comforter on a Sunday afternoon and it was supposed to be ready for pickup on Wednesday at 5pm. I arrived at 630 and was told it wasn't ready. They apologized but could not tell me when it was put in, when it would be done. I asked to have it delivered, unfortunately she didn't know when the route would run, when the delivery driver would be in and if it could be delivered at all. They gave me a 25% discount on an already over-priced service at 30.00. I spent that in gas and time having to drive there twice. Finally, one I got it back, I highly doubt it was ever cleaned at all because it certainly doesn't smell clean. I will not return and will advise anyone else not to bother either. Poor service, uninformed staff.

Got my shirts back with spots still on them. Pants had creases irones in (not on purpose). Will not be returning.
