Tiffin City Swimming Pool reviews
1 On July 12th at 3pm I along with my 4 grand children visited the Tiffin pool for the 1st time this season. When we entered I enquirer about the height requirements for using the slide. Was told it was 54 to inches tall and due to staff constraints the child was required to take a quick swimming test. Seemed reasonable. I noticed what appeared to be 5 lifeguards on duty. For the 1st 30 minutes there were 3 lifeguards on the deck. The next hour only 1 of the 5 lifeguards were on deck. Not sure if hat the lifeguard constraints were that prevented the others to be on deck. Shortly before we left at 4: 45pm a teenage swimmer was walking around the pool deck with an adult fishing pole in his hands (thankfully with no hook attached) nothing was said to the individual.
The pool was dirty (actually had another adult bring that to my attention before we entered the water). I have lived in the Tiffin area my entire life (I am 66) and have never encountered such an experience.
