Always a pleasure to drive through in the morning. Everyone is very nice, very pleasant, and they are always quick.

Very rude customer service. The girls working at the drive thru are very unprofessional & need better attitudes. I suggest if you accidentally mess up an order, don’t blame it on the customer & then get really rude about it. You apologize & try to make it right. I recommend the Tim Hortons on North Limestone! So much better!

The Tim Hortons on East Main Street is by far the fastest location. Service is great! The other two Springfield locations should take a page from their book!

Need better customer service girls intraining had horriable attitude and did not apologize or accept fault in mixing up orders at the window.

This place NEVER has expresso shots. Machine is always down. It a coffee shop for goodness sakes. Management really needs improvement I have never been told McDonald's expresso is down. Maybe they shoud find out what machine they use. Pretty much quit going here!

I used to like this place but the workers are unprofessional and rude. I've always had issues with one guy with dreadlocks (morning worker?). Last time he dropped my change, messed up my drink and gave me the wrong order. ALL IN THE SAME VISIT. I had to go in to get it fixed. Really rude.

This store was the worst service I have ever received at any Tim Hortons. Threw was unknowledgeable about menu options. And the manager was rude when she had to refund my money because I was sold egg whites that they no longer carried. I was not given a receipt for my order, so the manager tried to give 5 dollars less than my order was originally for. I won't go back

I ordered an egg and cheese
And they gave me an egg and cheese with sausage
And I told her I’m vegetarian
And she’s just took the sausage out and said, ”sorry we are out of eggs”

Always utilize the drive through but have fast accurate service and staff always lift me up with their good customer service.

Always hot coffee, but sometimes there is a long wait at the drive thru unless Michelle is working the window, she is fast and friendly

I love their muffins. They have different ones. I love their pumkin muffins. Great place to have flavored coffee and donuts or muffins

Good product. Workers have a non caring attitude. Sorry to see Jennifer Norman gone. Now that girl knows her people and how to make a cup of coffee. Very professional. Tim's should have given her a healthy raise after giving 13 yrs with them

Only had issues with customer service and management took care of it very quickly.
Coffee is great, customer service is pretty outstanding, the food is good, and the place is clean.

Awesome staff! Order was finished quickly and exactly as I asked! Shout out to Bryce: for not only being super pleasant, but also for being patient with me and my no-coffee morning brain.

Best one out the 3 I've been to so far coffee is always great no matter what you get and the baked stuff is A-1 especially when its fresh

Tim Hortons on east main street is my favorite. I'm generally there once a week. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and I enjoy it everytime I go.

The only thing I come here for is the tidbits. I get a box of them for my granddaughter and myself. I only get them when I have a coupon. I like they have a variety, my favorite is the honey dipped.

I went through the drive through to place my order only ordered my favorite mixed berry fruit smoothie. I placed and received my order extremely fast. I love their fruit smoothie and I believe it is a good price to pay considering how much other restaurants charge. The staff was very friendly too!

I keep giving this location a chance and they fail every single time. If you're lucky enough to get what you actually ordered, you will find the hash browns are stale and cold. The ingredients on your sandwich are cold. The overpriced specialty coffees, when ordered hot, range from ice cold to lukewarm. The only acceptable food is their bakery items, and you're better off going to Schuler's for that anyway.

I just got a large ice coffee and the vanilla creme donut from this Tim hortons. The ice coffee tastes like somebody peed in it And the donut is stale. Will never go back to that Tim hortons again which is a shame because the one near where I live is great
