Tim Hortons, Columbus OH

I asked for a caramel iced coffee with no creamer and 3 sugar and they literally gave sugar and milk you can’t even taste the coffee at all this completely ruined my morning!

You know not much to say about Tim Hortons they are a great place to have breakfast especially if ur sick of McDonald's!

This location is terrible the cappuccino machine is always down coffee taste like colored water I'm serious if you go there right now I bet the cappuccino machine is down.been like that for weeks terrible don't have half the menu items either trust me just go to a different tim Hortons.avoid this 1

This location is terrible. Employees do not care or even try to get your drink right. On three visits the drinks were awful. Had to throw away. Yuck.

This place used to be good. But not anymore i stopped by drive thru 30 minutes before closing time and I can hear them talking thru the speakers but they didn't wanted to respond to us they acted like they closed

The employees are super friendly. The drive through menu board needs to be repaired or at least not held together with duct tape. Coffee is rarely fresh.

Order was fine. A new guy was working and forgot my ice water. When he asked the ladies and told them he needed an ice water, they got rude with him and said he can figure out an ice water. I was uncomfortable with the way he was treated. Kindness goes a long way and you don't treat people like this, especially not in front of customers.

Me and my husband go here all the time but today we went before church and everyone we talked to had a Horrendous attitude and was rude also they messed our order up. I don’t think I will be returning

This place used to be good. Food is rather bland and they are super slow. Several people left because of it. Let's get it together people!

Absolutely garbage restaurant that I will never return too. They have my credit card and ive called 20+ times throughout the day and no answer they are now closed and now I have to deal with this tomorrow.

The staff was extremely rude. I will not return to that store. I recommend all customers avoid that store.the worst store of any brand anywhere

I got there three times in the one month, they always ask for cash only no credit card and they are very very rude. I hope that you guys can do something about it the managers

Employees not friendly, did not seem to care. Outside menu difficult to read, very little of what I tried to order was available. Will stick to either Dunkin or Amy's in the future.

Why is Tim Hortons not back open regular hours yet. I hate that to be ey close at 7. I drive Uber and want that evening coffee. Instead I have to drink Speedways coffee.

The bagel was like eating raw dough. I had to ask for another one to be made. The lady was rude and told me that she would bring it out when she had time.

My total was 5.78, so I hand the cashier $21.she got very confused and had the nerve to tell me "this dont make sense". I tried to explain it does and she still didnt get it, these cashiers (or maybe just her), need better training from management, or maybe need to take a remedial math course before handling money again.

Worst tim hortons i ever been to, sit in the drive thru for an hour cause no customers are allowed inside, then they run out of hash browns, bacon

Drive thru wait time is way to long. 15-20mins with maybe 5 cars inline. Not the only time I've waited in this drive thru for long periods of time.

Can't tell you much since I sat at the drive through waiting to order and nothing but silence for 5 minutes. Yeah, it is was supposed to be open 1.5 hours before I was sitting there. The ordering board looks like one from a business permanently closed. You should treat it that way and go somewhere else.

I love Tim Hortons.today was the day I have decided not to go back to this one unless I’m just getting coffee. The timbits I got today tasted as if they were old. I called and nobody answered so here I am writing this review. There’s many things that doesn’t go right at this Tim horotons, too many to even type. I just hope after reading this you guys try to do better.
