Tim Hortons, Toledo OH

Bagels were stale. We got cream cheese but no knife to spread it and no napkins. Not good when you have to eat in the car

Came through the drive-thru to order six donuts and the place was still open for 40 minutes and they didn't have enough donuts to fulfill our order. It only takes 5 to 8 minutes to make a donut and we would have waited but they refuse to make donuts and we just left. This is happened to me at most locations and one of the reasons why I rarely go to Tim Hortons anymore because they just don't want to make donuts anymore. 40 minutes left till the store closed and they couldn't make four donuts, absolutely ridiculous

NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE NOT FAiR AND VERY RUDE SO IS MANAGER AND NEW EMPLOYEES! ️

Went through the drive thru, there were about 6 employees standing around and talking. They messed up on my whole order and gave us the wrong things. Drive thru lady was also very rude. Worst experience, never going back.

Despite having clearly posted hours of being open until 7pm daily, they said they’re closed at 2 on sundays and won’t serve.

The Flavor of Tim Hortons Coffee is EVERYTHING! ️ And my favorite choice of breakfast sandwich is the croissant egg and cheese. Croissant is always buttery soft!

I've not had an egg sandwich yet that didn't have egg shells in it. The primasis are always littered with people's trash.

Only been to this location twice, and never again. Both times the drive thru employees were rude, and stuff was made sloppy or incorrect.
This last time at the window, they had music blaring and we could hear their entire staff joking about how the customers keep leaving because they "say they don't have s***. "
If you're going to be rude and act unprofessional, at least do your job, we only ordered drinks and they didn't even make them right.

I have an allergy to milk and ordered my drink with soy milk. As I was waiting at the window I over heard the crew member ask another crew member if they had made my drink with soy. The other person said no, and they remade my drink. I would not have been able to tell by taste and would likely have been sick the next 2 days if she had not noticed that error and spoken up. I wish I had gotten her name but alas I did not. Thank you so much for taking care of my well being and my caffeine needs!

Went through at 6: 30am and was cussed out by 4 to 500 lb African American lady because I wanted to change something on my order.could not get receipt and then she had some kind of breakdown and started slamming things and cursing. It was very unacceptable

The location says it opens at 5am so I stopped by on my way to work, I saw people inside when I went to the drive through at 5: 10am the order menu wasn’t set to order. So I drove bk through since there where two workers inside. They didn’t seem to pay any attention to me driving through twice!

So I called and of course no one picked up so I left a message. This was my first time going to this location and my last!

I don’t appreciate the time wasted on my way to work needles to say I went to with nothing for my staff!

Didn't put tomatoes on my Turkey Club sandwich, I didn't notice til I got home so I called and they gave me a free one the next day

I left a 5 star review for this Tim Hortons several months ago, but unfortunately I have to revise it. In the last month we have consistently had poor service at this location. On our most recent visit, at 10am, we were told that they didn't want to make any more eggs for the day, so we could only order two items with eggs. So, since my kids couldn't get egg sandwiches, we ordered them yogurts. The employee said that they had two yogurts, but that they were expired. We ended up ordering muffins since nothing else was available. We also ordered tim bits, which they forgot to give us. And my french vanilla cappuccino looked and tasted like water from the Maumee River. It seems that this is yet another example of a fallen Tim Hortons.

So disappointed in my sandwich. Was really looking forward to the grilled cheese panini.cheese wasn't melted!

I went there on my date day. And the only time I can get you is if I'm in a town for work that day where you are located. Thankfully I was in Toledo for work and I live in Sandusky. You gave me moldy sandwiches and when I tried to call you 5 times it said cannot take your call

Got wrong breakfast sandwich. Didn't want egg or cheese on it and got it. Coffee tasted like hot chocolate not coffee. Got bagel toasted and buttered and butter ALL over wrapper. Come on Tim Horton's do a better job!

Some of the employees are nice but every time I go to that location they never put enough cream cheese on my bagel!

Who could resist hot coffee and donuts. Even under a lv 3 snow warning the Tim Horton's family was there. I'm deeply appreciated to all of you thank you.
