Tim Hortons, Piqua OH

Everytime I come here, it's at least a 30 minute Waite. They don't have they "don't carry" the items that's on their menu and Staff is extremely rude.

District manager is rude and unprofessional, have called him out for his behavior towards employees b4, the employees, mostly women, deserve better than this manager

Drive thru expirence is usually sloooow n when you drive away you realize you didn't get all you ordered so its back to Tims slow drive thru window or go inside. Good donuts but usually out if my favorite. Great grilled cheese with side if fresh chips those are awesome.

Never open when supposed to be and when open, only have one person working their busiest hours. Sucks.

Never open when scheduled. The manager was even there. Changed hours from 24hrs to 5am to 7pm. Need the sign to say we can't hire dependable people so we opewhen we open. Sad,

My son says this is the best frozen hot chocolate locally. He is comparing it to Winans and Ducan Donuts. I don't think frozen hot chocolate should exist. It's actually just cold chocolate.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they won't be making any food. So you mean to tell me it's taking you that long to just make drinks. Sad.

Visited from Nova Scotia. Served coffee that was seriously Luke warm and stale tasting. I immediately returned it and also served french vanilla that was terrible (no flavor). The workers inside were very disorganized. We USED to patronize this place in Piqua, Ohio but NEVER again! No wonder there isn't a line up of customers here any longer. After speaking with some people about the establishment I was told that they have gone downhill in product and service from what it used to be. Next time we will try the one in Troy, Ohio.

Full of degenerates, never seen a place so un organized. Definitely can't handle being busy so they running off all the customers. All of them need to go and watch how the troy store is ran in the mornings the would get a life lesson.

The coffee was great. The everything burrito was great. But no hash brown.it was forgotten.

This place was a little rough there for a while but this past visit, there were options, it was much cleaner, and the staff was friendlier. Food is always good, when they have things available, which is why we keep going back. But these past few visits things seem to be getting better and better. I hope it stays going well. I know everything seems to have gone south since covid, it's nice to see some eateries getting back to pre-covid guidelines.

Nice newer clean store. Friendly employees. Can never go wrong with Tim Hortons. I wish there was one closer to my home. Hate driving 2 hours to get my Tim's fix.
