Great food, great staff on most days, I would give 5 stars but their hours are not correct. They don't stay open til 7pm in fact they close at 5pm. I don't know why businesses don't update there websites or hours, it only takes 1 min.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! However, they were out of espresso, iced cappuccinos, and it did not seem very organized

Been waiting here for over 15 minutes in the drive thru. 3 people behind me left and so did the person before me. So much for being opened.

My first visit to a Tim Hortons anywhere. It was nothing extra special, but the breakfast sandwich was quite tasty and the service from the gentleman at the counter was excellent. He went out of his way to explain the menu items to us. If I had one closer to me than three hours, I would definitely patronize the business more often.

This was my first. At this location and I was very impressed with how pleasant j and the girl who took my order through the drive through presented themselves. It's always good to have pleasant Interactions with people, especially in the fast food Industry.

Terrible service. No service. Would not serve us. Doors locked but open. Tried drive thru. They served the guy ahead of us but wouldn’t come to the intercom or window for us. Finally gave up and left. Also be careful. There’s a massive pot hole out front that could bottom out and damage a smaller vehicle.

Why promote sit down when you lock your doors and only allow drive thru sales? I do not want to eat breakfast in the car especially when you have to wait 30+ minutes for food because you are not efficient in your drive thru. Thank god for a waffle house across the street. Better food & Better Service!

They hardly ever have Half the items on the menu and multiple times have said that they do not know when they will get restocked until a until a truck comes. If you love Tim hortons go to another location.

See the complaint’s that keep rising it shows this company can careless & why the service is off. I would recommend avoiding this company. You have Burger King that’s not to far who values your experience. The guy everyone keeps having an issue w/ is a short black guy w/ glasses. He’s battling little man complex & only feels powerful in the drive-thru. He confirmed when we had a bad experience dealing w/ him. His response was ppl always complain & I could see why. Ask for a moment when he kept repeating it, attempting to place order when he became passive aggressive. His behavior will most definitely lead to a WorldStar moment.

My stress relief & comfort drink
Any time of the day for me

I wish they were open longer than 5 pm

The prices went up economically,
So my daily drink & sometimes twice a day, has turned to 1 or 2Xs a week because $5.00 for a Large mocha at Tim Hortons daily was an expensive drink.

Also, has been a really big turnover in the staff since Covid19.

However, everyone is friendly and professional.
They soon get to know me.

Walked insdie first shift morning around 75o ish i walked from work over here the side door was locked i tried asking the man standing outside talking to himself if the lobby was open i said excuse me no reaction then i walked inside no greeting no goodmorning can i help nothing i saw m y order on the counter near the workers which was two men a older black male on drive through and a younger black male with hair, one walked in the back i asked the door through man by saying excuse me again no reaction im standing there my food is getting cold so i had to reach over their counter and grab my food and hot drink i walked out came back in and said yall couldnt tell me my food was ready no goodmorning nothing they was very rude and didnt even care i was there plus the man from eariler must of been a manager maybe? He left them and went to speedway terrible service and on top of that they got my order wrong
