Where is the GM? Rock hard. Not sure what kind of sausage this is. If you didn’t want to make a sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich - cancel the order. If you didn’t have FRESH ingredients - cancel the order. This was me giving this location a second chance. If you do not have sour cream donuts - take them off of your menu. I also ordered an orange juice but because this is what the food looks like, I’m convinced the orange juice is tainted. The people who work at this location don’t want to work. People order and pick up breakfast because it’s convenient for their lives. If working at Tim Horton is inconveniencing you and you don’t want to work there, I implore you to seek other opportunities.

I buy donuts and Timbits every Sunday for our Sunday school class.
Always friendly, always fresh.
The employees are terrific

I was tempted to reach out to the restaurant to resolve this but I have such bad experiences with this location that I don’t care to. At this point I am just making it a point to never return, which is what I would suggest. The last two times I’ve brought forth an issue, the staff has been somewhat combative and defensive.

Just know that this photo sums up the entire experience for this location. The people, the food and even the coffee. TERRIBLE.

The only PLUS here is that my meal was SO burnt and charred that the flavor somewhat resembled the burnt part of a burnt marshmallow.and that’s all. There was literally no other taste here than “burnt” and this was essentially 5 bucks. - It was supposed to be the Farmer’s Breakfast wrap so you can also see that there is no hash brown.

You are LITERALLY paying Starbucks prices for not even 1/4th the satisfaction so do yourself a favor and seriously just go to Starbucks…

Update: 10-25-2023

I’d love to tell you that it’s getting better. I can tell you that almost every Tim Hortons that I go to is kind of like my happy place is the third best drive-through experience in Dayton.
#1 is Chick-fil-A of course.
#2 being City BBQ. Super friendly service in the drive-through.
#3 mostly is Tom Hortons

I call the South Dixie location the Sad Timmy
The home of the slamish.

The food is always good but at this one it stops there.

I call the sandwiches slam which because when you get them take them out to eat them it looks like they just slammed him into the bag and slammed it together.

Today my egg was hanging out the back and my bacon was stuffed through the middle whole of the bagel. It’s always something at this particular location. Wrong food, wrong order completely. And always, sad service.

They’re certainly not mean. Most times not even slow. Previously they were just unfriendly. But for today. There’s a new level. I’m just gonna call it sad. They seem to be very sad.: - (just looking down, grunts instead of thanks. There is a reason for this kind of sad.

Bonus for today that the lady who actually made a sandwich and brought it to the window did smile and say thank you first time I’ve ever been thanked at that that location.

Today I found out that must slam everything as I reached for my coffee and in mid lift the cup top squished and the top pipes off. You can the cup brim is flat on one side so no way the top could seal.

So coffee, hot and sticky, coffee all over my pants and console.

Lucky I just came from the car wash and the mess has a newly cleaned place to slash down.

I do secret shops and have been in retail a long time. These folks are wore out. It’s obvious seeing the service and cleanliness compared to the other stores. I’d say time for an he HR visit TO see how you can help them before you lose them.

I DOUBT IT IS THE LINE LEVEL THAT IS THE PROBLEM

So I know retail is a hard business and can wear you down. Hope it gets

I be go here a few times a week. Some days the service is great but most times it at best unfriendly.

Food orders are mostly wrong. Bread not heated so it’s like bricks.

The worse part is the “ could care less” attitude attitude.

The Greene is as bad
But
A Rey of sun shine is Harshman road. Great people all time. Food is was faster and always right.

I’m standing here as i type this waiting to pick up a door dash that was supposed to be picked up no later than 5 minutes ago. No acknowledgment when I walked in from anyone, when he finally did start the order, I watched him pack the timbits with no gloves after just handling cash at the drive thru. He also made the sandwich with no gloves. Absolutely disgusting crew and I would never eat here.

I ordered food there twice. Cashier was ok, but the food was burnt and my sandwich was cold (refrigerator) temperature. Second time went through the drive thru and the person taking my order was very rude and was very disrespectful. I was ordering the lady on the speaker was very snippy, then when she told me they don’t have hot chocolate, I ask why they don’t have hot chocolate and she told me very rudely the machine is broken etc… I said hold on, and she snapped and yelled oh my god. Really bad service and they do not prepare food well

I'm a daily Tim Hortons coffee person in my hometown. Was at this location only because my father was in hospital. Had to order 3 times and still can't get it right. The team are not morning people at all and grumpy when THEY mess up. I will say maybe a manager (with piercings) was apologetic when she heard me at the counter griping. Avoid this location if you want good service!

Was the retort back, from the cashier woman (probably the manager,) when I pointed out that the breakfast sandwich I had just purchased, was cold.
A quick view of their reviews & ratings, and you can tell this woman is delusional……

I only drank a coffee. The woman inside the front was really nice. Genuinely wonderful with her customer service.

*Update: I was requested to add more detail via the reply. I came in one morning, a little after 6am in the front of the store. The lady in there, she waited patiently to see what I'd like to order.

I only requested a small cup of coffee. A splash of creamer and to add chocolate syrup to the coffee. It was really good. But I like simple. I didn't order any donuts. Just something to help me power through the day.

The lady had long blonde hair in a ponytail. I don't know if she's new or what, but she was so nice, I went back the next morning to give her a tip and to get another coffee. She gave me a few coupons to use, for when I come in next.

Maybe I lucked out when they were open at 6am, twice in a row. Both times, I didn't have any issues. But I don't use any food apps either. Being a small tech geek, I know not to depend on apps.

It's just best to be physically present to request orders or call in a head of time to ask if they have eveything you need to order today, and see if they can take requests in advance, over the phone. Websites or apps are sometimes going to be delayed with what they carry or what they're out of. I know easier said than done, but talking to a person is the best way to find out what's in stock.

Most times, if they don't have what you're requesting, it's because the trucks that bring the stuff to the stores haven't made it to the stores yet. Truck drivers during the prime of Covid were ran ragged to deliver stuff. Now, a lot of places are laying off truck drivers.

There's a lot of variables to life, and I try my best to just keep an open and understanding mindset to the fact that not every day is going to run smoothly.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had. Not even stirred. Got a vanilla iced coffee, pretty simple coffee. Not even a hint of vanilla. Refused to give me a refund because nobody in the store could issue a refund apparently. What kind of joke of a business is this? Never never go here. Let them die

Waited 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, only to be told they couldn't sell me more than a dozen donuts. Bad service. Never go in, they only serve drive thru.

If I could give this place no stars I would; unfortunately that’s not an option. Downloaded the app and placed a mobile order only to be told when I get to the drive thru that they were probably out of what I ordered (seriously that’s what the lady said) when I gave her my order number she read off my order and confirmed they were out of my vanilla dipped donut and caramel iced Capp, she said very rudely that I would have to request a refund in the app and when I asked how to do that she said “I don’t know customers figure it out. ” I cannot believe I was not offered any replacements. So now I’m out money and have no food or beverage. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Tim Horton’s has officially lost me as a customer. If I were the franchise owner I would be embarrassed to know that is how my employees were treating customers.

This was my first time coming to Tim Hortons. I ignored the ratings and still came. This was a bad decision. My breakfast sandwiches looked like they took no care and putting them together, The food was not very hot. I I wasn't given a receipt with my change back. This was a terrible experience. In fact this is so bad of an experience this is the first time I've ever took time to post.

Avoid this location at all costs. Pretty much the worst drive through experience my husband and I have ever had. Manager with blonde braids and tattoos proceeded to be rude and curse at us through the window when we asked if they had hash browns after 10: 30. We are not local and are not familiar with the menu. She proceeded to go on and on how we needed to get “tf out of her drive thru” and go to the other places around there that sold hash browns. They also forgot one sandwich and our donuts so we had to sit in the drive thru even longer and had her cursing at us the whole time. If you do go and the manager with braids and tattoos is there just leave unless you just want to ruin your morning. Overall just a terrible experience, the young gentleman taking our order though was very nice.
