Tim Hortons reviews
12Someone needs to train your personnel on using soft skills maybe even greeting the customer or eeking out an occasional smile. Very bad customer service and extremely slow.
I activated an offer in the app, but my total didn't change after she scanned my rewards card. Instead of trying again or checking that she rang it up properly, she just shrugged and said "maybe it'll come off next time. " The biscuit breakfast sandwich honestly isn't even worth the "deal" at $2, let alone the $3.39 I ended up paying.
Update: I gave them another try because there aren't many options for drive thru coffee. My latte was barely warm and I have a really difficult time believing they gave me the extra shot of espresso that I paid for because it was so weak. Reducing my review from 2 stars to 1.
I love the drinks from here, but lots of the time their service is very slow. Still my favorite place for a cappuccino
Employees dont seem to care about customers. Food is very thrown together, coffees taste watery and plain. I know fast food jobs can suck, i used to do fast food for a long time, but even on my worst days id at least make sure the foods/drinks were made the way they were suppose too and at least responded to the customers. Asked for an iced latte and it took 2 people to ask me if i wanted a latte or a coffee, i was confused. I made sure say thanks before i left incase they were having a bad day because i get it, but no response. And the employees did not look clean, one girl had blood on her face, or a sore of some sort. I get it, it happens but the other employees should tell her so she can have a few moments in the restroom to wash up. As like most places, its bad managment, which leads to bad customer service, low pay so the employees dont get motivation and then it leads to bad products. If youre gonna go, stick to the dougnuts.if you go early in the morning theyre not stale.
It’s like the sloths from Zootopia went to work at a coffee shop. It doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not — you’ll be waiting 5-10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge you’re there.
Uninformed workers, long lines. Incorrect orders. No knowledge to assist new customers on using the app/instore payments (was double charged). Actually, I wasn't even advised that scanning the in app deal had already charged me. I thought it had used a coupon ad many apps do. No sugar. No flavored creamer? Just an odd, overpriced, unpleasant experience DO NOT GO HERE.and the iced coffee was horrible
I asked for 1 cream and my coffee was mostly white. I had to wait a long time when I went to the counter to have more coffee added.
We went inside because the drive-through Was
long But We ended up at the counter for 4 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Our biscuit sandwiches were good But I ordered an apple fritter Donut and my husband ordered a chocolate-covered And the lady just put both in the same bag. Together, without any wax paper. My apple fritter had chocolate all over it And she got such an attitude when I asked her to give us new donuts. I could understand if it's the same flavors but to put 2 different kinds in there is ridiculous. We had no napkins and had to go back in and get straws For our drinks. It was a horrible experience and I'm never going back there. The staff needs training and customer service skills.
Been a customer for 30 + years. They no longer fill the coffee to go cups all the way up. I’ve had to throw the coffee away due to the cream being soured and in clumps. Now they are getting picky about coupons. My loyalty has finally come to an end. Bye Tim.
My mocha latte tasted AWFUL. Either they gave me burned coffee or something was bad with the almond milk or mocha flavor I’m usually not this harsh or ridiculous but I can’t even drink it it was so terrible
Like the coffee but the service has really dropped off at all of the locations I visit now.
Everytime I go there It always seems like they only have 2 people constantly working after 1pm which I feel sorry for. Don't get me wrong I think they're trying their best but Get more Staff in there in the evenings or you'll end up losing more business! 2 people can't run an entire store by themselves with a drive-thru full of people and front as well especially on the weekends/when letting school out. Terrible service since new owners took over seems like. People wonder why Tim's is going down hill that's most of them now I wonder if they're all owned by the same people/company
