Tim Hortons, Delaware OH

A little after 3pm on 9/15/23 I came into the store and could tell they were understaffed. There seemed to be only 2 people working both the drive thru and cafe. Despite this, I was greeted in a timely manner. My interactions with both emoloyees working were genuine and kind, despite the fact that I could tell they were each doing the work of 2 people. I overheard the opening manager (?) filling the closing manager (?) in on how the day had gone, and happened to hear that they had been incredibly short staffed all day. Despite all of this, she was keeping things running quickly, smoothly, and with kind and genuine service. As someone with food service management experience, I just wanted to commend the employees at this location. I know a review doesn't do much, but I hope the employees who were working see this and know their hard work did not go unnoticed.

Ordered two frozen hot chocolates. They weren't frozen at all. I said something and the kid just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know"

This place never gets the order right. Not only didnt i get everything i ordered 3 times in a row, but what i did get was wrong. Also the coffee was cold. I will never order from here again.

I called to let them know about a mistake on a previous order. Not only did they correct it but my order arrived at my door 15 minutes later! Wonderful customer service!

The donuts were ok, but the sandwich was not that good. We got a ham and cheese. But it only had one slice of ham. Didn't get no chips. It was like eating bread and mayo. We have had better.

Terrible experience tonight. Had the craving for donuts and went in over an hour before close, they had nothing available but chocolate glaze and honey dip. I’ve worked at a Timmy ho when I was younger and would offer to make something for a customer real quick but not here! The staff seemed annoyed we were even there. I also ordered 3 frozen hot chocolate’s and they taste sour like spoiled milk was used. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a breakfast combo with large iced coffee, and a donut.

I specifically asked for light on the cream, not too much cream please… I was awarded essentially a glass of milk. To which I replied “can you please remove some of this and add coffee to the coffee? ”.
The drive thru window lady replied “we don’t fill it up all the way so it don’t spill”. Which did not address my concern for my milk I had received instead of coffee.
I then told her that she put way too much cream in, and to please give me an iced coffee with more coffee in it.
She took it back, took the top off, splashed the smallest amount of coffee in humanly possible, and handed it back to me.

So I drove home and wrote this accurate review. I will now get my iced coffee 1 block further down the road at McDonald’s.

This is one of the best Tim Hortons in Ohio. Every Morning this location is alway so busy and the employees here always so friendly and helpful trying their best to take care of your order in a timely manner and have a great service to get your food ready. Last Friday 01-14-2022 @ 5: 48am I order 24 donuts and 24 muffins with a togo Large coffee and a Large decafe coffee. They took care me a timely manner. I just want to appreciate this Tim Hortons location for what they did. Thank so much, you guys make my day. I been living in Delaware Ohio for 23 years now and never had any problems or issues with this location.
