13This coconut strawberry refresher looks like it's not very fresh at all. There are particles floating around in it and it will not go away when stirred. They also didn't get my order right.
We are from
florida - and we know Tim Horton coffee is very good. We had it here. We also got a dozen donuts - mixed kind. They were excellent. The young man at the counter had a Greer smile and he served us. The atmosphere was also clean.
No one wants to assist, I came in and stood there for 10 mins while a women played w donuts one person in the office talking and drinking. I order a hot chocolate and ask for whip cream IT HAS NO WHIP CREAM.
Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee, when I finally got up to the window one of the workers came over and asked if I ordered 2 bagels, I replied no. She then scoffed and pointed at me saying you have a nice day, walking away saying something to a coworker.
I absolutely love the staff at this location! I refuse to go to any other location except this one! The staff is so welcoming and they make my day every time I go. I've never had a single mess up any of the times I went. Other locations screw my order up every time. You guys are the best!
This Tim Hortons is not clean at all and people don't seem to care if you're there or not. Most Tim Hortons are set up for people to go in and charge your phone while doing things online for school but the outlets don't work. Disappointed!
Terrible breakfast! Hash browns were disgusting and they were on my wrap, so that was trash also, nice wast of cash!
He staff 1000% does not care. If they did they would stop putting unwrapped donuts at the bottom of the bag. It literally takes half a second to do this. The last 4 times I've gotten Tims from here my icing has been all over the bag or on other food I ordered. The morning staff is extremely lazy which is wild because because I have not had to wait in a line anytime I have been there so they clearly are not rushed. I wouldn't have posted this if it wasn't a consistent thing. Go to a different restaurant if possible.
I love this place I mainly go for their ice caps and their sausage egg and cheese muffins, they're muffins outbeat McDonald's
The inside of the store was so cold it should be illegal. It's obvious they did this to avoid anyone dining in, therefore having to clean the everythihg bagel was extremely mid and had nearly no seasoning on it. The bagel also wasn't toasted nearly enough. The Iced Peak coffee thing was so good though, the only redemption.
I just had an ice tea and a doughnut. It is warm day and this location has an outdoor patio.

Food looks terrible. Threw it away! Rubbery bacon not cooked. Cheese completely off sandwich. Rude customer service. 1st time coming here so it's a disappointment! I won't go back to this tim Hortons on this side of town again!
To bad I can’t give only half a star … how does one run out of ice? And have no manager to go out and re supply on demand? Seems a bit ghetto and went down hill these days.throw the whole Tim hortons away and put a dollar general
