Soo Time Hortons charges 25 cents for a packet of Jelly? I thought one was complimentary.i guess not

Stopped in around noon on a Monday after an appointment in the area. One other customer in the shop. I ordered coffee & donuts to go. My donuts were good, but my coffee was lukewarm. The staff seemed busy and definitely not happy to see a customer.

They are very accommodating I come to get donuts for the office sometimes last minute needing about 3-4 dozen they never hesitate to make some fresh when i forget to call in advance and are very quick!

I ordered a coffee with one cream, and it looked like milk. When I went back inside to have it remade, they were fine, but when I took off in my car after I checked, and it looked OK, it wasn’t even warm, almost as if they gave me cold, coffee intentionally

Didnt give me the timbits order and also dont accept any coupons dont go here also the doors are closed on sunday before 4pm

Got my order this morning. I ordered the 2 for 6.00 Bacon Eggs and Cheese English Muffin, the Hispanic guy working the drive thru acknowledged my order. He said “ you want to the Bacon Egg Cheese English Muffin” I said “ yes”. I get to the drive thru window and pay for my order. I asked the Muslim girl for some strawberry jelly and she said “25 cents” how outrageous… I left and halfway down the road I noticed my order is wrong. I asked for Bacon and not Sausage, morning is ruined. I was given a refund but I will not be returning to the this location. The issue isn’t the messed up food the issue is that Tim Hortons has 85 million dollar net worth. And they’re charging 25 cents for packets of strawberry jelly. So, that is the issue that ruined the whole experience. Like you all aren’t broke or small time. Your company is a major player in the fast food breakfast business. Will never return to this location.

This Tim Hortons is in close proximity to my office, I stop in pretty frequently. The staff is always very friendly and the gentleman who regularly works the drive through is great! Always makes sure my order is correct. Best Tim Hortons in the area.

We stopped here for some coffee and breakfast while on a road trip. We went through the drive through. The service was friendly and quick. Egg bites and hash browns were good. Coffee was good as always from any Tim Hortons.

The worst Tim's in the city! Thet are rude especially the middle eastern lady in the drive thru. Dge is angry & never gives you what you ask for! She steals your $ and doesn't refund when you didn't get your drink. She needs FIRED NOW

Three times a week customer for six years at this site. Giving notice that I shall not be returning. Inflation is one thing but honestly, a breakfast combo that cost 7.50 in September, now costs $11.70? There is NO justification for a 50% bump in less than a year. Absurd. Inflation was never that high…lol. It certainly is not now. Im sure they will easily weather the loss of my business, but I heartily recommend you go elsewhere. This joint has gougers.

Literally the worst service ever. My order has never been right once. I continually go back because it’s close and my favorite. They won’t return your money. Argue about your order. And maybe give you what you actually order. Choose a different location.

Got a large drink but didn’t get a straw. How am I supposed drink this now without stopping somewhere else for a straw. So annoying do better
