Love this location! I would love it even more if this store had reusable cups to purchase! I forget mine alot and would probably have all the colors and designs if they did

Every time I order the breakfast wrap snackers, they are always wrong! If I order bacon egg and cheese I get sausage egg and cheese. Today I ordered bacon egg and cheese with extra egg and literally got just egg and cheese. No bacon or extra egg!

I come to this location at least 2 or 3 days a week. Does this bagel look appealing to you? It had barely any cream cheese! Both sides of the bagel were this way! Your establishment is a treat for me! I expect better. I'm expected to give stellar customer service at my job position. When I visit your company I expect the same in return. Your staff is always friendly when they show up for work. I was taken back when I sat in the drive thru this morning, and no one came to the speaker. This was at 5: 25am.

Wouldnt have hated the place till about two minutes into taking my order the cashier decided to go to the bathroom.then someone decided to start playing r&b music louder then you should when you have customers in the store.

The staff that served us at this location are pleasant and great to do business with. This place is a shining jewel of a lot of tim hortons locations!

Mostly nice. Quality of order sucks. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and got a tiny cup of cold coffee with pumpkin flavoring. Was expecting whip cream and such.

Overall Tim Hortons usually hits the spot but it shouldn’t take 20+ mins for 3 coffees when the lobby is almost empty even with a customer arguing at the drive through worst Tim Hortons! You’ll wait forever:) I would’ve rated a 0 star ️ if I could.

We ordered an Medium iced latte with 2 pumps of caramel and Medium iced latte with oat milk & 1 pump of sugar free vanilla. Both drinks were good, but i added 1 stevia to the iced latte with oat milk.the staff was friendly as it was our first time at this location.

WORST Breakfast Experience Ever!

I ordered two breakfast English Muffins and received only one given only change with out a receipt. While still in parking lot we checked our order and we received only one English Muffin. Went inside and they asked for the receipt and when I told them that they didn’t give me it they gave me the second breakfast Muffin and potato patti.
We started eating them and everything on it was cold and the Muffin wasn’t even toasted. The hash brown was also cold and tasted old.

The manager here is wonderful! She offered to help boost my car when my battery died today. Over and above the call of duty. Thanks so much! 5 stars

They had a computer meltdown affecting their order system during our visit. We never got the name of the woman who I assume was the manager on duty, but she was really going above and beyond to make sure her guests were taken care of while trouble shooting the problem. Thanks to the great service and attitude from the team on duty, we never felt put out by the delay on our order at all. Overall, very happy with our visit and would definitely come back.

Just went for my first time and the folks working were so helpful and welcoming! She gave us recommendations since we were first timers. It was a lovely experience. Great team!

Just curious why this location closes every day by 2pm? Stopped by for a drink and late lunch and hours on the door in tiny print says they aren't ever open after 2pm? C'mon this is Perrysburg!) -:

Extremely friendly staff who seemed to like their job. Went at around 8: 20AM on a Wednesday and the dining room was closed. Kinda strange for what would be peak time for a coffee shop. Cost them a star. Not much to say about the coffee - Tim's coffee is what it is.

Tim's is one of the best! I love the grilled farmers wrap no meat. Delicious, hot & fresh every time. The only issue is when I order doordash they don't have a secured seal on drinks or food just stickers. For safety reasons that should change. Love this place.
