10 This Tim Hortons use to get your order right and never mess up on drinks this is the second time they can't give me the correct drink, I order a mocha iced coffee (large) three creams and three sugars, and was charged for that and ended up getting a hot drink who knows what it is. Then I got back through the drive thru this was right before work and when I did I got the response that is what I ordered and I said no it wasn't and they were going to make me pay for another drink, I don't know why they can't get the drinks correct like I want what I order not someone else's drink and then make me repay for the same drink that I already bought.
I should at least get a free drink for their mess up or my money back.

One of the worst stores. More than half of the times their latte machines are down and they don’t even know how to scan app offers.
Wasted my whole lunch break in the line. Parking lot so tight I couldn’t even leave if I wanted to. Don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what but simply ridiculous.
It isn't that busy but the dining area ain't clean and restrooms ain't clean too
They do not open at 5AM or even close to it. I try to get coffee at 6AM and the people inside just ignore you. Terrible service. Do not turn the menu on if you are not open. Pretty simple.
Went inside to order. Would not take my order until the entire drive through was all gone.
I don’t usually complain, but not only was the girl at the drive through horribly rude, I got my grilled cheese panini and it was two semi melted slices of cheese on limp bread. Terrible food, terrible service!
Placed an order the girl cut me off as I was finishing the order.

Closed 2 hours early and they stop serving half of the menu 3 hours before closing time. One of the only locations that does this … terrible
Neither employee acknowledged me after standing at the counter for 5ish minutes. Dude with the white curly hair was super rude and cursed at me. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me there wasn’t one and they were there alone. Skip this joint unless you like rude people.
