Great customer service, always fast! They do not play around. Seriously the best coffee and donuts in town. AGAIN very fast! You will not be waiting 10 years to get a coffee. They are on it!

If I could go with ZERO stars I would have.across the board. The establishment is never clean, staff clearly do not want to be there, somehow even the simplest order will messed up.

Every time I go to Tom Hortons, they are out of everything and machines are always down! The employees are completely unaware of any promotional anything they have going on! Manager should get with it and do a better job!

How do you put a dozen donuts in a brown paper bag and hand it to the customer with an attitude? Ask Tim Hortons in BTown!

Its cofee its a sandwich. How do u mess it up. Ask Bellefountaine tim hortons. They will. Lord its not hard

I know its crazy because of the virus but your employees are just rude had to go through the drive thru couldn't read the small print on the sign and asked for help and gotten none we wont be back

It used to be better, the quality and freshness has been subpar lately. They better step up before Dunkin opens up

Store was close MOnday morning couldn't get coffee.had to go to Casey's.drive by at 7and doors were finally open.

I have lived In logan county now for 5 months. Every single time Ive came to this location the espresso machine is down. At least a dozen times now. It to the point now that It's almost unreal

This place is definitely in the running for worst restaurant in Bellefontaine. Taco hell still holds the title but Tim Hortons is clearly unwavering in their quest for the bottom of the barrel.

I wouldn't have give them one star but I had to. Had 6 things and each one was handed out individually. Ordered a sandwich without lettuce or tomato, heard the cashier say to the girl making "that was supposed to be without lettuce and tomato" handed my sandwich out the window and it had lettuce and tomato on it. Also don't go here if you are in a hurry

Espresso machine is always broken & don’t even bother trying going through the drive thru, you will sit for 10 plus minutes before they even take your order!

This place used to always be packed! But service has changed. Ice Capps seem to be different now. They used to be my favorite but now every time I get one I am disappointed.

When I first started coming here, the place was clean, the food was good, service was great and the coffee ok. Although service is still good and coffee the same the rest has slowly declined. Today there were flies all over the place inside. The men's restroom has been out of order for almost 3 weeks. I really liked stopping here, but it will probably be a long time before I stop again which is very sad for me.

This place used to be great until the new owner took over and now you don't even know if you will get your food after you order it.

Gave the clerk a 20 for a 3.00 charge. He gave me back 1 and change. Argued with me and grudgingly gave me 11.00 more. Still not adding up.

It's about 50/50 here. Sometimes the staff is awesome and they're friendly. Sometimes they're downright rude. (Seems to be a shift thing)

The wait is usually long and the food is okay but not super great.

The service and appearance has steadily declined. It's incredibly frustrating to have a lenghtly wait for a coffee that will more than likely be made incorrectly.

Coffee was cold and they dumped water on the floor and brushed it around and left it on the floor and didn't mop it up. In my book that is not c! Earning the floor.
