1The lady Tanya at the office told me yesterday 6/27/23 that I would know the status of my application in a week. I got a call today THE VERY NEXT DAY from Tanya and she said my application was denied due to credit. I get credit alerts anytime my credit is ran. I don't see nor believe that my credit was even ran. I got the vibe yesterday when I walked in the office that my black skin tone had them uneasy. This low income housing I was denied due to credit and with a voucher at that. If you see that place in person honestly they need to just do away with credit because the environment i saw everyone in there has not so good credit obviously needing to live in low income. ZERO STARS. AND I WILL BE REPORTING TO HUD. I SEE EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE AND OUTSIDE ARE WHITE NOT A BLACK FACE IN SITE
