Timbercrest Camp and RV Park reviews
15This is a very level and quite campground located a good way from the road. You can't hear any road noise. I would definitely camp there again. Check in and out was a breeze also, very nice staff.
Very nice level campground. Gravel sites. Site 82 Very sparse wifi, but there was a church group with a large gathering may have contributed to that. Amazing young people who worked constantly to keep it clean and beautiful.
This was our second experience parking our RV at Timbercrest Camp and RV park. Great staff, facilities are always clean, and nice RV parking spots. Close to Sugarcreek (known as the "The Little Town of Switzerland). So many good Amish/Medonnite Restaurants.
Great RV park. No shade but we are usually there spring or fall so no big deal. There are half dozen back in spots that do have shade. Nice and quiet away from traffic but still only a couple minutes and you are in Walnut Creek and a couple more to Berlin. Roomy clean showers. The place is well kept.
A great campground with the majority being full hook up pull through sites! Cleanest restrooms/showers I have ever seen at a campground.
Super nice bath house, quiet and off the beaten path. No web presence you have to call them. They told us to expect email confirmation but it never came. Sites only have 30amp supply (no 15a or 50a) so be sure to bring your adapters.
Drive was a little more than I expected getting there, but getting back on our route was smoother. We arrived late and did not know how to check in, but received a phone call in the morning apologizing for the office being locked. It was nice to be in a campground without a lot of "NO" rules posted, I hope others appreciate it and continue to be respectful of the property.
The facilities are clean and the sites have ample room. The staff is nice and courteous and the smell of fresh baked cookies in the office is so inviting. It's Close to all attractions in Amish country. I highly recommend this campground.
Long driveway from Rt. 515 and it feels like a washboard. I went to an event called Fire in the Hills for the second year. There were great food vendors and parking was reasonable. The outdoor tent seated 2,000 and was comfortable. Great event! Will return next year!
Ideal and convenient location as it is close to nearby shops and restaurants, but still in a tranquil setting.
This place was the best place to relax. Very peaceful and everyone is very sweet and pleasant. I will be back. Like a big family!
My family stayed in an RV here for 8 days. We enjoyed the experience and would visit here again. They have amazing cookies that they sell in the main building where you check in/out. The campground was well-kept and clean. The bathrooms/showers were clean as well. There is a playground at one end of the park, which is nice for people with young children. We will be coming back again!
Very nice and professional staff! Clean restrooms! Sites! Quiet location! Sites are spacious with full hookups! Some Sites are back in and a lot are pull thru sites! Dog friendly!
We really enjoy this campground. If you want a place to go that is quiet, relaxing and just a short drive to Amish country this is the place to go.
I have stayed here twice. I enjoyed it. I plug into a small space so I'm always on the tree line. There are trails to walk which are easy. Always a beautiful flower garden by the office. Office is also a bakery store.
