It was only supposed to be a routine snake job from my tub The plumber went downstairs And I heard Three loud Banging noises He says that I have a leak on the bottom of my tub mind you there were no leaks It was supposed to be a routine snake job he said he did Not have the equipment to To do the job and he would call But never Received a call, From here on out i'm calling Roto rooter my trust is lost with Timlin oh $119 snake job turned into $600

I'm not sure who I spoke with yesterday, but GREAT customer service. He said that they wouldn't be able to get someone out to fix my issue until next week. BUT, he gave me several other companies and numbers! THEN, he said if I couldn't get someone out soon, to call him back and he said would see what he could do. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll be keeping their number for future reference! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help!

We purchased an almost 150 year old house that was unfortunately pretty poorly remodeled, so we’ve had to call in for a plumber or drain cleaner a few times. But everyone at Timlin Plumbing has been timely, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and super friendly. Absolutely would recommend.

They turned our job down just because we were a business that owns an apartment building. Didn't even tell them what the problem was yet.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Within moments of calling Timlin plumbing we had a technician on site and working quickly to locate and repair the leak draining through the ceiling of our second story home. I needed a second line / meter for my sprinkler system and reached out to Timlin plumbing on 5/11/22 because of the great reviews. They called me back same day and I explained what I wanted. They said they would call me back and make an appt. The following week after never hearing from them I called and someone answered and said the owner was out of town and then will call me back next week to schedule me. Nothing. On 5/26 I called again and left yet another message that I am waiting on some help. Crickets. On May 31 I called AGAIN and spoke to someone that said they are slammed busy and they would definitely call me back and schedule me. Never heard back.

I don't understand why companies try to take on too much work and then turn around and ignore customers after the initial discussion. If you can't do the work just have the common courtesy to respond and tell me that so I can move on and not waste my time. Seemed like they could of been a good company but now I'll never know.

Our family had a unique situation. We purchased a home in Canfield, and, the county couldn't guarantee the lateral pipe from our house to the sewer line; notwithstanding the permit. This is information we needed as homeowners. Timlin was the only local company we called where the owners answered the phone and had immediate answers. Everywhere else we called had receptionists which, respectfully, weren't able to properly communicate the services their company offered. The other companies told us "definitely... Maybe" - on more than one occasion. We spoke to the team at Timlin and they were able to do exactly what we needed - the very next day. We were able to get over 200' of lateral pipe video taped, identified and marked (including depth) - all for a fraction of what the other company's charged. They even made us a flash drive for our records for a very small fee.

Great experience. These guys were so nice and professional and went above and beyond to make sure my dish washer attachment worked when they swapped out my faucet. They called before they came, they were on time. Quick, efficient, professional. I don't have enough good things to say. Would recommend to anyone!

The plumber, Christian, showed up about 15 minutes of my call. He diagnosed the issue of no water coming out of the faucet in the tub and fixed it. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions. 100 percent satisfied with Timlin plumbing and Christian.

Great service. We had a compromised water pipe, in our wall, and it leaked into all of our flooring. Timlin was able to fix the leak and fit us in during the holidays. Great service, and affordable.

I live out of town and purchased a home in Youngstown. Timlin was recommended by family, and I can't say how pleased I am with their work. They had to finish up while I was out of town, and everything went smoothly. Prompt, courteous, and communicative, they handled everything professionally and at a fair price. Highly recommend them.

Amazing business! Look no further for your plumbing needs! A gas leak was discovered at my home. I called and The owner was courteous, concerned and responded promptly. Technicians were dispatched to my Residence within an hour. They also were courteous, professional, and efficient. What I thought could be a several day endeavor with no gas in my home was solved in a matter of a couple of hours. I highly recommend Timlin Plumbing!

I wish I could've given them a 0 star review. 13 days waiting for an estimate on a $5,000 job. Never received it, but I did receive a bunch of excuses from Russ (the estimator) and Mike Timlin (the owner). Needless to say we are not going with them. Judging by the other plumbers I have talked to since, it appears we made the right choice as none of them had a nice word to say about the company. Don't waste your time or you hard earned money with Timlin Plumbing as they are very unreliable and unprofessional.
