The service was lackluster and the food was worse. We did show up on a week day so it was a bit dead. But was expecting much more. Literally any other bar/pub on the street is better.

Good times! Shot: 30 be a good band to see. Another great spot to hit at THE BANKS! Really good food and good prices. Lots of cold refreshments and it's a good idea to put one in a DORA cup so you can take it with you as continue on your hike at the banks. Just sayin AKA Striper King

Drinks way over priced. Burgers are average at best. Oh and security is super rude and yelled at me in my ear. Mind you I am physically handicapped. I will be filing an ada complaint.

Horrendous management and customer service. When ordering a single beer at the bar, the woman behind the bar was extremely rude and made several snarky comments. After adding no tip (I had been tipping all night) I was aggressively approached back at my table by this bartender. She proceeded to then take my beer and throw it on the ground while screaming profanities at me for not leaving a tip. When approaching the manager about the situation, I was basically told there was nothing he can do about it and that I should just leave. I am still in disbelief

Drove an hour to see a show there. Getting in early as they suggested. Of course we don't look at our phone while driving so we didn't see the email that was sent out an hour and 10 minutes b4 show time to say its canceled. Girls at the door didn't tell us about the discounted menu they were offering and would not validate our parking.

Bouncer with glasses was insanely rude and made us leave bc our friend had 2 drinks and was upset with personal things and had his head sitting down. Absolutely pathetic on their part. Never want to go to this place and no one ever should.

I loved this place.

I had never been here before. My friends and I were trying to find somewhere to go with no hour long wait. We came here and we were able to get seated right away.

Our waitress was amazing. She was prompt, hilarious, and super helpful.

There were lots of drink options. They had a Red Bull shot that was huge (and for $8 that's a good thing) that totally will get you messed up. The food was also good (from what I could remember haha).

I also loved the vibe of this place. There was a DJ and a live band and they switched back and forth. There were string lights everywhere and people sitting on top of the booths just vibing.

I will say the bathrooms are extremely gross.

Definitely will come back here again!

The Drag bingo show was amazing! This place was a lot of fun but it took FOREVER to get service. They were super busy with a packed house. It seemed there was only 1 server for the whole place.

No taco shells so no tacos. The iced-tea machine was down, but they still made an iced tea for me. Very loud music. As more people entered, they talked loud to be heard over the music, and then talked louder to be heard over each other. (We expected this.) Ordered a hamburger. Does not come with mayonnaise or mustard. We asked for mustard and got a little bit. The tater tots were awesome! Very crispy!

This bar is the bees knees. They are pretty neat. I dropped a vape in a busy crowd and the employee with cups saw it and courteously handed it to me. It’s like Cracker Barrel or whatever, “Here, you’re family. ” No cap.

Service was just ok. Food was as expected for a bar. Our server was super friendly, but clearly overwhelmed because drinks were often empty before refills. In her defense it was a Red's GameDay, but you would think they'd be prepared for it. Either way, nothing spectacular, but a nice environment.

Wait to get in wasn't long, the live music was great and the staff helped make the experience memorable. The drinks were really good too.

It was my birthday and I offered $100 for the DJ to play 1 song for me only ONE SONG. And he denied my request. Extremely unpleasant and unnecessary. Don’t go here if you want to have a good time. Ridiculous service.

I want to start by saying I’ve been here 2 or 3 times prior to this. It’s a great atmosphere, and the service hasn’t necessarily been stellar but pretty good.

A few weekends back for my friends 21st I decided to DD them and ended up spending a few hundred dollars. We all had a great time, despite the bar being completely packed. I worked with either the manager or the owner to get great service. They really did well, however we were the last to leave and when we did I forgot my jacket inside with my car keys. After walking to my car and realizing I obviously couldn’t drive my friends home for their birthday without keys, I went back to the door to see someone walking out. So I asked them if it would be okay if either I could go in to grab my jacket and keys or if they could look for me.

A simple “no” would suffice and I would just order and Uber or find a way for them home (25 minutes away) This was when I was immediately hit and pushed to the ground where the employee stood over me screaming obscenities, cussing me out, and degrading me as a human because I guess he thought I wanted in the bar to party as I’d imagine plenty drunks do on the weekend? I’m not sure.

Either way, I was forced to leave my keys and jacket there and wait in 15 degree weather for an Uber that didn’t come for about an hour. At 3am in downtown Cincinnati with my drunk friends. When all of this could have been avoided easily. I don’t think I will ever be back to Tin Roof after that, simply because of the decent service and this one particular extreme event that stands above the rest. I’m not sure of the employees name, but I’d rather not go to a bar sober, spend hundreds of dollars, and end up with bruises all over and sore because I’m trying to get my friends home safely for their birthday from their establishment.

I just hope this employee does not have interactions with other customers like this because it truly ruined my week.

Great Place to go have a drink before the game! We have been coming here for years. From nights out with friends during the single years. Then for date nights for dancing to local bands. Now for the family to gather before games and we will continue to support our local bar and grills. Check out there chicken wings!

Staff is rude. Was there for opening day, I get that it was crazy but I waited in like 3 hours to sit outside in the cold and they refused to let me use tha bathroom. Even once inside was treated like a criminal.
Won't be back.
