I ask for Justin, because he did such a good job the last time, got a young lady. I paid for an hour and half of service. Pedi/Mani was done in 40 minutes and my nails were cut off square and were jagged. I sat in the corner and filed my nails while I waited on my friend who got her full hour and half of service. Went home and repolished my nails. Will consider another salon next time.

Friendly, talented, and tons of amazing services to choose. My nail tech Siu is extremely talented with art and was extremely kind. Clean business, professional, and so welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I used to come to tip toes for years for acrylics and after going somewhere new I realized how rough the nail techs are and how much they damage your natural nails.
The employees of Tip Toes need to work on their hospitality when providing services.
I have always scheduled appointments and I almost always have to wait 20 minutes to be seated, almost every time!
Nikki, left me half way through my acrylics for 15 minutes without saying a word to me to go wax someone’s eyebrows.
The nail techs left hot spots on my natural nails from filing down way too much and left my natural nails very brittle.
Also- they didn’t soak off my acrylic nail and used another acrylic nail to remove one she needed to redo. It hurt and I have been informed that is incorrect practice and very damaging.
I don’t recommend this place. All they care about it getting money, getting you in and out of their chair as soon as possible, and NOT making their customers feel comfortable.
There are plenty of other nail techs in wooster who are cheaper, do better work, and who are considerate of their customers.

Tracy and Thao are the absolute BEST! Beautiful nails and toes! Tracy always does the best designs that are the cutest! Thao gives the best pedicures!

I always love to go here, but my last visit the guy was way to ruff to me hand and was very rude. I asked for black and he gave me a navy blue. I didn’t even have my nails on a full week bc he was rushing to get them done they just popped right off. Normally you guys are my go to. But if I were to go back this man is never doing my nails again.

Nikki did a great job on my ask for summer ombre dip nails. She was excited to experiment with a three color dip and it was fun to watch her work through the creative process. I'll definitely book with her again!

I scheduled an appointment with a specific nail technician based on her expertise, experience, and personal recommendations. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. 35 minutes after my scheduled time another technician took me because my requested tech was over booked. This tech did not listen to my requests and did an inferior job. I won't give them a second chance. They obviously have more customers than they can handle.

A young girl did my nails she was very polite but I paid over $100 for my nails and toes and have only have my nails done for a week and they are already starting to come off. Very disappointing

Gave the nail tech my inspo and he did a great job! Got my nails done for my birthday and couldn't be happier with my results!

The “Pedicure” here sucked. The scrubbing consisted of two glides across the middle of my feet and the “massage” was just slathering cheap lotion on. The whole thing was about 20 minutes and done so poorly I left without polish, so I could find another salon to do an actual pedicure. Of course they still charged the entire 42.60$. A small child could have done a better pedicure. It was also difficult to communicate to the “nail tech”. I did see another pedi being done by Autumn and she seemed engaged and thoughtful. I had 1 previous pedi here that was acceptable but won’t be back to risk polish removal and cheap lotion for 43$.

Horrible service, place had bad energy and all around my nails were so thick very uneven and very heavy! The lady who did them asked what designs I wanted said I wanted cherry’s on them and she put squiggly lines like a five year old they also charged me extra for squiggly lines! Also there was polish all over my skin lady didn’t even put a base coat on them and never told me to wash my hands had nail dust all over my fingers! Had to go to American nails to have them be fixed had to pay more money very upset I even told the guy behind the counter that they were thick and said what’s wrong with them and said he was going to fix them but I left way before he did anything worse to them! $69 wasted! Also the lady was talking in gibberish under her mask couldn’t understand what she was saying half the time not coming back I’ll keep going to American Nails where my nails are done correctly! I wish I could have my $69 back bc they were so bad

After moving to Wooster, I needed to find a new nail salon. This place has been so welcoming. Tracy and Sui are my go-to ladies here. I would truly recommend anyone! It’s always best to schedule an appointment if you do not want to wait.

I went with my mom, she had someone who barely spoke English so it was difficult to explain to her what she wanted. My nail tech was irritated and rude from the moment I sat down and the fact that I wanted different colors to do accent nails - I didn't even ask for the design I wanted from that point. They are also longer than I wanted. Customer service was not good at all. More concerned about talking to each other in a different language than talking to clients.

Lots of color choices for your nails. It's very relaxing. They don't speak English well so there's not a lot of conversation going on.

Did my nails way shorter than I wanted. I told the technician about it but she denied about it. Nails on both hands were not equal. They did great when I did it my first time but this time I was not satisfied much. On top of that the nail did not even dried properly and ended being a little patchy bc it was not dry.

Love! My nails always look great! Amazing color selection! If you do not make an appointment ahead, the wait time can be a bit long but that is only because they are so busy which is a great thing! Definitely call ahead. I would much rather go to a salon that is busy because you know they do great work!

The staff didn't seem the most polite there. One hand looked good, the other I felt the dip was too thick. It hurt when they took off my cuticles. Would of figured a manicure would of came with a hand cream or something. To be fair though my left hand was cramping up alot when they were trying to apply the dip powder. Willing to come in and try again.

I just love this place. They are always so professional and do an excellent job on my nails. I always see Phil. He is one of the best there.

I’ve been to Tips, Toes, and Beyond approximately once a year for the past 10-12 years. I’ve always found them mediocre at best. Until today. Today I had Siu for a full acrylic set and she.is.amazing. She got the length perfect, she shaped them EXACTLY as I asked without making me feel like a moron when I made a slight adjustment to my initial request (unlike the last tech I had there). She also didn’t say anything about the fact that I clearly haven’t been taking good care of my nails which made her job harder. Despite being busy she somehow made me feel like she was taking her time while also being efficient and taking less than the allotted time. In the future I will always make an appointment with Siu because she is clearly the best they have. I’ve never had a manicure I’m this happy with. I keep on looking at my nails and grinning.
