TIPTOP NAILS & SPA(KB nails before), Troy OH

We had appt for two of us at 11am. They took one at a time. They took me back, but my sister in law had to wait 45 min to get in.

They were rude and not compliant to what we wanted.
We have gone there (when it was KB Nails for a few years.now need to find new place.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had! Friend and I were in town for the day so decided it’d be fun to get our nails done. We made appointments earlier in the week. No one was waiting but we were so rushed! Somehow got pedicures and gel “manicures” in less than 30 minutes. There was absolutely no “manicure” involved. My gel nails lasted 8 days (barely) and were able to be removed VERY easily by hand. On the plus side, didn’t damage my nails at all since it was so poorly done to begin with. Would never return here or recommend.

Love them! They always do what I want to my nails and get me right in! I never have a bad experience w them! And I will continue coming back

I spent 128.00 on a mani and pedi. My pedi was basically just getting my toe nails painted for 50.00 and my nails are not even worth the 70.00 I was charged. I am never going back and neither is my mother her nails hurt so bad tonight and it took them almost 2 hours just on French tip nails for her. The lady in front of us has same thing we had and was only charged 86.00. They need to learn our language as well. We are never going back again.

Hannah does such a good job and is so thorough. I love my nails! Very relaxing experience.

He didnt trim around my nail beds. He didn’t buff my heels. They are still cracked and scratchy. He used the dremel to remove regular Polish. I tried to tell him and he wouldn’t listen to anything I said. I do not recommend this place at all! I will never go back

I had a horrible experience here. The moment I told the guy I wanted a full set, he said no you should get a fill in, takes too long. So after I told him about 6 more times I don’t usually like fill ins, he still insisted. So I said ok, but I have dip powder on my hand already, he said I put acrylic on top, best for you …. At that moment I should have left, he huffed & puffed the entire times doing a fill in & repairing 3 nails. He complained up until he was done. On top of the horrible service, the nails were horrible. He has the nails curved, very noticeable curve, when the rest are flat. His response when I asked could he fix it before I left was, curve nail better for me, don’t break easily. I just left, I was very very disappointed customer. I will never go back.

Ouch -bleeding toe during the pedicure. Paid for 50 minutes - got 35. New technicians that I have never seen before. That’s my last visit!
