Fiance's van started smoking in Huber Heights so she had to stop at the closest available store. Thankfully she stopped at Monro. We had never been here before but Steven (manager) and Ron (technician) went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Steven was completely transparent about everything that was needed and took great care of us. We will definitely be back in the future!

Came in for a normal oil change and Steven and Tom went out of their way to help me with all of my car needs! Definitely would recommend going to this shop! Customer service was met far beyond my expectations! Definitely going to be coming back to this location for my car needs!

The people at Monro are very nice and have smiling faces when u walk in the door! Love the way they greet u when u first walk in and walk out! Love Love Love the atmosphere and the people! If u need ur car work on this is the BEST place to have it done it! And are very GREAT with kids tooIam gettin all my work done here on my car for now on they have good prices!

Went in for an oil change & to have my tires checked. I was done in less than 20 mintues. Stephen was kind, professional, and fast. He didn't try to get me to spend more than necessary. He was kind to my child and let me know about important maintenance tips to keep things with my vehicle working well! I will definitely be back.

What sold us on coming here was the competitive price and very polite and respectful staff that my wife talked to on the phone. She needed new rotors and brake pads on the back of her car, and they were able to fit us in that day. Ron and Chris were able to give us the out-of-door price over the phone, which was also very appreciated and we came in knowing what to expect.
Our vehicle was completed on time, and Chris even showed us what the old parts looked like. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you Chris and Ron!

Excellent service from the moment I called in to the time that I was leaving their parking lot. Steven was exceptionally nice and helpful, even getting my car in an hour prior to closing. I would recommend this business to anyone and I plan on coming back frequently.

I was greeted by service rep, Ron. He got me in right away for an oil change. I expected a long list of what I needed fix on my car and a much higher bill then just an oil change. He gave my car a clean bill of heath! Highly recommend.

Cheapest place to get your oil changed! Even more important, they’ll know who you are if you’re a frequent customer! Ron has taken care of my car the last couple of times I’ve been here. He’s real cool and has the best interest of THE CUSTOMER in mind! He’s alerted me to coupons they have online so I could save a few dollars which I definitely appreciate! He’s not one of those fast talking here’s everything wrong with your car and how much we charge to fix it mechanics. He’s very down to earth and tells you about the important “fix it now” safety problems with your car as well as the “you could probably wait” issues with your car. He’s not the Guy that tries to pull a fast one because she’s a woman type either! I’ve met plenty of those mechanics. I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my car because Ron knows me AND my car! Monro is lucky to have him!
