These guys are a joke.
I call for a flat tire patching. Thry told me to bring it in without telling how they would charge. Got there and they did it right away. When they were done I was asked to pay $27.78! AND THE WORST THE COST OF THE SERVICE SAYS "NO CHARGE" ON THE INVOICE. AND they balanced the tire without my consent and charged me for It. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I DON'T ADVICE YOU TO GO, U WILL GET RIPPED OFF

Holiday weekend, daughter needed a tire repaired. Guys were very friendly, start to finish took less than an hour, more like 45 minutes, and the tire was all done. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

They couldnt repair my tire but put on my spare tire to get me going! Great customer service fast efficient and friendly would definitely recommend if you're in need of tires or repairs!

Today my car wouldn’t start so I figured it was the battery. Once it was jumped and running I stopped in Tire Choice since it was close to were I was and have gone there in the past. I talked to Jim asking if he could take a look and replace the battery if needed and also do an oil change and tire rotation since I was due for that. Since I was an unscheduled drive in I figured I’d leave it for a few days. Later that day at 4: 45pm on a Sunday I received a call saying it was finished. Jim said I could pay over the phone and pick it up whenever it was convenient. Never did I expect such quick service! I always feel they are honest and the prices are fair. Thank you so much! Your service is greatly appreciated!

Would have given 5 stars but had to return the next day for a bolt that needed tightened. But once problem was found was quickly addressed and taken care of. Big thanks to Jerry Pickryl for taking such good care of our car and reassuring my wife that it would be fixed right

Couple weeks ago I called to see if I can bring in a car I was going to buy to be looked at. Jerry Pickryl the manager had no problem squeezing me in on short notice, even when the dealership couldn't find the keys for the car and it was taking longer he had no problem with me being a tiny bit behind. They went over everything on the car, he gave me a detailed list of everything that needed to be fixed which included the breaks which were so hot they couldn't even be touched for close to a half hour or more. I took the list back to the dealership told him what needed fixed and they completely fixed it. Jerry saved me so much money for a great price and I couldn't be happier with the service. Plus we're going on vacation to Florida so we needed a minivan and everybody to be safe in it so I really appreciate everything he did.

Went to have a trailer hitch installed that I bought from a website that guaranteed that it fit my truck. The guys at Tire Choice spent 30 minutes trying to get it to fit but could not. I'll have to return the part, but they didn't even charge me for the labor or time spent. Thank you!

I took my 09 Nissan Altima to Munro muffler on Great Northern Blvd. Jaydon and the service tech were great. After getting quotes from all over the county, they had the best price. It was installed this morning with expertise and efficiency. There attitudes were superior to the other guys I asked for quotes. From this point forward they will do all of my oil changes and work on my vehicle. Thank you.

We were on a trip out of state and our battery died while we were at the gas station. Thankfully Monroe Auto Services was right next door and the man there came right over to jump start our car. He was concerned we wouldn’t make the rest of our 12 hour trip so he checked our battery for us and on finding it needed to be changed he got us a great quote on a new one. They didn’t have it at that location but they directed us to another of their stores where we got everything taken care of. Great service overall! Thank you again!

The manager here is AMAZING! He actually cares about his customers and definitely doesn’t try to take advantage of anything you need done! I would recommend going here! It’s hard to find a place with honest people!

I always have great service when I take my car in. I was recently in on 8-3-20 and J Dolejs took great care of letting me know how it was going. I have been going to the same location for at least 15 years.
