Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, Columbus OH

I've been to tire Choice a few times for oil changes. They gave me a much better price than my previous shop, and they always provide quick, friendly service.

I called to get pricing on brakes, when I told them I was short on time and just wanted a general price without bringing it in the person on the phone decided to just hang up on me.

The customer service was excellent all around. I was early and finished around the time of my scheduled appointment.

Caleb was very helpful and professional. He. Has helped me with two of my vehicles on seperate occasions. Both times going above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and they truly have a customer for as long as I reside in Columbus. Thank you so much.

I gave them a 5 star cause that’s all I could give the prices are half of the other places I’ve called or took the car to long story short I needed 3 stems replaced on my vehicle I only knew of 2 but they went above an beyond an check fixed an rebuilt all 4 again I went to several places an they was a lot more than my total cost for just the 2 I knew for sure I’m going to say tire pressure sensor things … thank you WADE Caleb kid in the hat.older Man with the fire tattoos on forearm, (sorry guys I terrible with names) all of your team is amazing thank you thank you I will be back …. An today they took me in last minute to remove a screw from my tire lol no questions asked an they was kind enough to give me the screw back you guys are the best…….

Kaylab helped fix me car and I couldn’t be any happier, he is so professional and offered me the best deal I could get over all the other shops. My God bless this man and his family and everything he do. I hope everyone that sees this gets the best service they can with this man.

As usual Caleb and the guys always take great care of me when I come in. Everything is explained and I never feel like I'm being ripped off. Great professionalism and customer service.

I had a slow leak in my tire and Caleb was very nice over the phone letting me know I could pop in and he would take a look. He found a nail in my tire and plugged it for me all within 10 minutes. Great service!

My motorcycle broke down a today, Caleb, the store manager helped me get her started and back on the road highly recommend this place!

Someone different should be handling the phones. The term lackluster would be far to kind. I would have been happier with a unanswered call. Thanks, No help was detected here. Will be sure to never actually visit this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Tire Choice. I came in for a flat repair and Caleb the Manger was so fast and efficient with the service and I never seen anyone so dedicated to their job. This man was answering phone calls and repairing my tire at this same time lol! If I could give him a raise I would. I would definitely recommend this location for all your tire needs. Quick affordable new tires installed quickly and correctly by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Covid precautions such as social distancing, wearing a mask, using security screens and offers hand sanitizer, personalized pens, receipts and service record.

I had my car in for service a couple days ago and I have to tell you Nick the General Manager is absolutely amazing! His knowledge of vehicles is far greater than anyone else I've ever spoken with at any other repair facility. He's honest and provided an all around great experience while I had my vehicle in for repairs. He explains things in a way I understood and even showed me the issues I was having. And for a non car person this is HUGE! For me. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. And I'll most definitely be recommending everyone I know to Nick at Tire Choice on Karl road.

On 1/12/21, I got my oil changed there was only one service person there. He was very professional.he had to do everything, why did you all have him there along.he needs to be commended for a great job when there's usually 3 to 4 people there

Customer service is amazing. They always take good care of me and my car. I bring my vehicle here for everything and I know it's in good hands. I've never been pressured to pay for extra services I don't need.
