Great team here. Both friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car by for some patches after running over a board with nails. They took the time to help me understand the wear pattern on my tires and recommended an alignment to preserve my tire life (no up-sell as they don’t do alignments). I have definitely found a home for tire service on any of my vehicles.

It's decent tire shop that does decent work for a decent price. If you have nice wheels you care about DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I let the guy know that these are lightweight racing wheels and are fragile and he said "I know what I'm doing I have been here for 8 years" then I got all 4 wheels back with long screwdriver scrape marks on the inside of my wheels from where they carelessly scraped my old weights off. They then dropped them lip down on the concrete, scratching the inside, and they marred the inside of the wheels from the tire machine. If you have nice wheels, do not go here. Ever.

I will NEVER return here. They sold me four tires that they claimed were brand new and within 6 weeks two of the tires bursted on the inside wall. They also didn't do an alignment. When I brought the tires back they wouldn't do a single thing to help. Do NOT trust these morons.

Great place to buy used tires. Men are so nice and helpful. Does not take long and is reasonable. 30 day warranty.

Great prices on tires and installation. ALL of the guys there are professional. Your in and out in 15 minutes. I recommend asking for Clint he is the Man.

They do a hard job for a fair price and offer warranty's for used and new tires one of the best places if not the best to go for a cheap used tire or a nice new one installed. Reasonable guys.

Got here 10 minutes before close and they still helped me out. Fast service. Decent prices. Good people.

These guys are awesome. They are in constant motion, I was there about 45 minutes as they service a dozen different vehicles. Great service and good price's.

So grateful to find this place open on a Sunday. My tire blew out and when I called they said they could get me right in and they did. It was a great experience.

Guy tells my boyfriend one price on the phone then me $10 more when I get there. When I tell him guy on the phone quoted me different his exact response was "I ain't gotta do it at all" to which I said "I can easily put my in someone else's pocket". But I'll happily go elsewhere from now on, period.

Even tho the shop was busy after a holiday the employees were very quick and polite. Unfortunately i got a flat not long after having my tire replaced. Tire city sent a nice man out to fix it for me. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Honestly this is the only tire shop in Springfield I will take my car to, although busy at times they try to go as quickly and efficiently as possible no matter rain, snow, heat, or cold. I had a bent rim on my car and was up there daily to get air and not one time did any employee get a attitude or rude no matter how busy they were. Thanks you guys, your great.
