I came in earlier today to have my breaks inspected. The manager and the gentlemans are really nice. I told them what I was experiencing. They looked right into it. I had go over everything with my husband that we needed new tires an front brakes done. I explained to them that my husband is Over The Road truck driver and I had to go over it with my husband. The manager was really understanding. I did come back a few hrs later and ended up getting more work done on my impala. I would highly recommend these guys to my family and friends! I will definitely be coming back in the future. My husband is even happy with these guys. The manager even kept me updated on what was going on.

Looking for a company who goes over and beyond GREAT SERVICE? Then Stop, don’t look any further. Tire Discounters on Georgesville Rd is the place to go. Right from the door they make you feel welcome with a warm greeting and they listen to what your concerns are. Steve (GM), Drew, and Eddie (the best Mechanic in Cols) offer excellent service from start to finish.

I have been to other business that provide the same service, and they do not come anywhere close to this superior service. Steve (GM) and Eddie walked me through every thing that was wrong with my vehicle. Explaining why certain things were necessary to make it safe for me to be on the road. Never pushing a service onto me that was not necessary.

I arrived when they opened at 8am, but learned quickly that I needed a little more work than I thought. Leaving my vehicle in their hands. I went back up right before they closed @ 4pm and Eddie was still working on my vehicle. Right then and there, I just knew that they would tell me that I would have to come back the next day or Monday morning for my car. Boy was I wrong, Eddie continued to work on my car until 6: 30pm (2.5hrs after they closed). Steve (GM) kept me updated as to the status of my vehicle. After everything was said and done. I got in my vehicle and it felt like a brand new car.

I know this review is extra long, but you have to know that when a company extends itself beyond what is expected of them. Everyone needs to know all the details. I would recommend this tire discounters to everyone I know from here on out. They have made a permanent customer out of me. Thank you Steve, Eddie and Drew for everything! You guys are AWESOME truly.

They are the best! They are friendly and honest. I have been getting my oil changes and a few maintenance upkeep done with them for over a year or two.

I had a huge screw in my tire and thanks to the hazard and warranty tire discounters provides, it didn’t cost me anything. Quick service. In and out without any issues.

I cannot say enough about this location! Everyone I ever talk to there is extremely helpful, and knows what they're talk to my about. They level with you, and don't lead you on.

I have talked to everyone in that shop at this point in my past year going here. Having two cars just doing random check ups, or big jobs everyone has been helpful through this process. I'm blessed to found a shop that helps the people.

Purchased tires from them in September and they reminded us that our tire pressure needs checked and they would do it, my husband and I have hurt our legs so we needed the help.awesome customer service

We waited 3 hrs to have a tire checked and had to finally leave. Understand your busy but just be straight with us customers and tell us not happening today. We would have gladly came back the next day however after wasting our time I think not. Also when a customer is in store they should have preference over the phone customer. I have money in hand yet your desk guy would rather answer the phone.hmmpf.

Great service and great communication on the issues at hand and options that I have to make the repairs.

Great service, that you can trust knowing they will do what's needed. Management is 1st class, I'll take my cars there anytime when needed and that's hard to find in the industry these days

I called on a Tuesday morning to confirm they had my tires in stock and they were not to busy they said it would be an hour an a half-2 hours so In the store (their by 2: 30) I was asked how long do we have the car for and I told them that I need it back as soon as possible I drive my car for work on call 24/7, the guys says “should b hour an a half- 2 hours give me till 430 we will have it done”, I come back at 4: 45 and my car has not been touched and they have taken in other cars who got their after me and the guy said they still had 2 cars ahead of me.and they where absolutely packed so they just started putting people in front of me just cause I wasn’t sitting their soo now I’m either out 300$ because my car had bad tires and I can’t drive it to Elizabethtown ky from Columbus Ohio Orr I risk life and limb to do my job like I have too, but they can’t change tires on time? This is rediculous

Great customer service provided by Steve. He got us in and out in same day and even stayed a little late to assure we were taken care of. This was awesome after the disappointing service at the Chrysler dealership earlier in the day. Steve went above and beyond to assure us things were done right! Top notch customer service. We will be back as now we have someone to trust and rely on. Thanks again Steve!
