Tire Discounters, Hamilton OH

I brought my van to the Winford Ave (Hamilton, OH) location on 8/25/20 to have the TPMS sensors replaced. Christopher Rogers did an excellent job! He was very nice, professional, and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Tire Discounters!

Great customer service and perfect alignment. I have a pickup that I just put new wheels on. The crew there were very careful with them and explained all of my options for alignments going forward. Everyone there was very professional and my truck drives noticeably better now.

Stopped in to have a noise checked out. Dominic had a hunch what the problem was and crawled under my car to adjust the dust cover on the brake. Problem solved! I was in and out in 10 minutes and he did not charge me. I will definitely be going back for future service!

Honestly I have such bad anxiety going to places like this, but this company makes it very easy to come and be comfortable talking to ANYONE there. Chris has been a HUGE help and total sweetheart every time I’ve gone in! He remembers me by name every time. Being a manager of a big company I really appreciate seeing friendly and smiling faces. I’m not sure how y’all are doing it, but keep it up!

They are awesome got four brand new tires got to put it on under five hundred bucks awesome they're very friendly they do a great job

I really don't like that they don't have Sunday hours. It's hard to take off to get new shoes in the ride

I’ve never had a problem with this location. I’ve had several cars and have bought a number of tires and other services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
I will go out of my way to get my car serviced at this Tire Discounters.

The people here are wonderful. They quickly repaired a tire that had a nail in it. I was a walk-in and they fit me in, quickly, and with a smile.

Third time I've made an appointment with this place and they overbooked and said my 9am appointment would not be honored until the afternoon. The hell with included rotation and balance, they don't even come close to being worth the extra money due to horrible service.
Since I was headed out of town I went to Discount Tire. They got me right in and provided great service.

BEWARE! Save yourself some stress, go elsewhere!

Husband made a 4pm appointment to have 2 new tires put on.

3 hours later he leaves. For 2 tires, 3 hours.

He also witnessed a man who had to back his own car out because the one employee who can drive a stick leaves after docking it AND also had to provide a lugnut to the mechanic working on his car because he stripped it and couldn't find another one.

In a garage designed to work on vechiles.

We wish there was a rating lower than 1 star.

Had my alignment redone a few weeks ago and they broke a bolt off of my driver's side control arm of my white Dodge ram 1500 trying to adjust it better but couldn't do anything about but expected me to pay for there mistake so they tied a coat hanger to bind it up very disappointed

Chris Roger's does an e excellent job running the desk. He and his staff are always helpful and friendly. Repairs and the service work has always been done perfectly. I've been going to this location for 4 years now and every time is great service.

I arrived at 4: 10 for an oil change&tire rotation APPOINTMENT at 4: 30. They didnt pull my car until about 5. Which is fine they were busy. I am just now leaving, almost 3 hours.for an oil change. I've done my oil change with this car and it is a hassle but I didnt have a lift or 5 other people working.
Anyways, NOT ENOUGH OIL and DID NOT rotate my tires.
Manager Chris Rogers apologized for the miscommunication & said he would be in touch tomorrow for a refund and other possibilities. We will see if he follows through and the company does at least one thing they say.

GO DOMEWHWRE ELSE! Save your time, money and energy!

The prices are fair and the customer service is very good.
They listen to what you need and give you quality.

They are super friendly but also super busy! Work is good, I had oil change and tire rotation (included since I bought tires there.) Just be prepared for a wait even with an appointment. Dress warmly, waiting room is Freezing.
