My tire went flat on a Sunday. I had it towed there and it was fixed within an hour. Much appreciated!

Called to have a lightbulb changed and they wanted 105.00 to change a 12.00 part. Its a ten minute job. This is a ripoff. Will never give them my business.

Called this morning right at 8am when they opened to request an appointment to have my tire plug sense it had a small nail in it. Gentlemen who answer was very nice but told me he was a week out on appointments and when I asked why he said he only had one technician working. Did everyone quit? Sick? Vacation? Just poor service if you can not properly staff the location.

Worse than poor service. Had an appointment for 12: 30, told no problem to have me done by 5: 00.by two different staff. They didn't even start my service by the time I returned at 5: 00. No phone call, no notice. Just an empty apology. Why even book an appointment? Im a 20 year customer and Im done with Tire Discounters.

Hands Down best tire purchasing experience. Recently had the need to replace all 4 tires, which I was totally not prepared for. Ben was empathetic and understanding which made such a stressful situation better, with not only great tires I could afford but also with Outstanding Customer Service, I was back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend this location.

Run away fast. Pre order and pay for tires to be ordered, made appointment. Just doing back tires just did front a month ago. Dropped car off at the appointment and was told they didnt have the tires I ordered. Picked another tire they had in stock just to get car going. I asked them to look at front end it was making some noise and they have done work to it in the past. Was told they couldn't find anything, but when I showed up to pick it up it was on a bay without being on a lift they had just used a floor jack to do the back tires and didnt look like they had even looked at the front paperwork even said jacked. Manager was not nice and tryed to charge me when he wrote up my paperwork for the tires I had already paid for.it's been a few weeks now and my girl is broken down on the side of the road. Not what I have experienced in the past with this company but I dont see myself using them again.

Don't go to these guys. They will try to sell you tires you don't need to drive their sales up. Why do I need a corvette style tire on a VW? Ridiculous

Went there today for a slow leak in a tire after checking it out I was told it was the sensor in the wheel. They fixed the problem and when I was going to pay the gentleman at the front desk said no charge because I had to wait so long. I was surprised you just do not hear of this in the service industry anymore. I have always gotten good service here this is just another reason I will keep giving them my business. “Thanks again”

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but with 2 repairs done this week alone I thought it was time I did. I have 4 cars (soon to be 5) that I have to maintain. Over about 5 years, along with buying many sets of tires, pretty much any work I can't do myself I take to Kyle. I can't remember having a problem that couldn't be resolved and if he says my car will be ready at a certain time he will make sure it is ready. Kyle is a git-er-done guy.

Ben and Kyle have a tough job. Scheduling people and make promising people car will be done. But they seem to be calm and collective. I have been there probably 5 or 6 time in the last year, new tires, tire rotations, new front end hubs the most recently and the wife had a tire repaired. Always treated us right.we will continue to go back. Lol they need some small tables by the customer lounge chairs. My only complaint.

DO NOT GO HERE! Service is awful, management is awful, and corporate is even worse. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Corporate was supposed to contact me three times, and has yet to do so.

They treated my daughter with great respect and a great deal on her new tires. If you want fair prices and great customer service, then I recommend this place.

Greatest team ever. Michael does my tires and Kyle makes sure I understand what is happening with my vehicle. If they cant do it, they know who can.

These guys are good.
Was working with another mechanic to have my alignment corrected, when he told me that my tire rod was seized up and needed replacement. Luckily I didn't have time that day to have the other guys work on it.
These guys at Tire Discounters Milford took about 5 min to let me know they were able to correct it as is, and that my tire rod was in good shape.

Called to have a leaky tire fixed they told me they couldn’t touch it for 6 days! Never buying tires here again with that kind of service. Over the last 3 years I have spent $2000 with TD and that’s the service you get.

I was here yesterday, and on Saturday Jan. 19,2019. I came in thinking my tire was damaged. Turned out they told me my wheel rusted thru. They told me if I found another wheel, they'd put it on for free. Which they did for me yesterday. I found a wheel at the junk yard, and sure enough rhese guys put it on for me, for free. Even pulled me right into the garage yesterday, Monday, and had me outta there in about an hour. I gave them 5 stars because they could've easily told me anything & charged me whatever. Instead they gave me excellent service AFTER the sell! Ben there, does not smile. Customer service is not his thing. But still, this guy is very cool, & reasonable. Kyle, & the other supervisor with the thick goatee are great managers & work well together. Even while I was waiting there, I over heard them being fair & respectful with every customer. In the store, or on the phone. So hats off to u guys at Tire Discounters in Milford. Thanx again!

A few weeks ago went into for a wheel bearing and was lied to about the condition of my truck they told me all the parts on my truck were rusted up and could not get the wheel bearing off and needed to replace more parts and they would have my truck for a week. Ended up taking it to ea motorsports in withamsville and was done in about two hours with no extra parts. I have an 2009 garage kept dodge ram 1500 no rust parts replaced when needed well kept truck and very clean. So no the parts were not all rusted together

These guys here definitely took care of us.we had a vechile in our fleet that desperately needed new tires I'm pulling a trailer. I pulled up 3: 45 on a weekend they closed at four. I needed this vehicle back on the road Monday morning. The guys all stayed late and got us back on the road! They take care of fleets and company accounts very well. I will be buying four new tires for my personal vehicle now from this location! I will never forget the big favor they have done for my company. Cheers to many more years of doing business.

They are very kind, and a great help. In future situations where it maybe to buy new tires or wheels I will definitely be taking my business there.
