Last summer I want here to get my tires aligned. While I was there it was honestly embarrassing how the staff treated me. They talked down to me and even snickered at me at one point. It was like they were middle schoolers. I also asked that when they drove my car that they please made sure that they wore a mask seeing as my family has some extremely immune compromised people and I am not the only one who drives it. And then when they were driving my car back they simply were not wearing a mask.
I cannot stress that enough how awful their customer service was on this particular day.

I have been using the Polaris store for quite a few years for my tire needs. They always take great care of me.

I had an amazing experience here. I will be a returning customer! My tire was leaking slow due to a screw being in it. I raced to tire discounters after work knowing they closed at 6pm and arrived around 5: 20. I was greeted and my keys were handed off. The associate assured me they they could fix it so I watched as they immediately went to work. They found the problem and fixed it FREE of charge. I was out the door by 5: 35! They helped me quickly and even pulled my car up to the door when it was done! This place is the real deal and the associates were great!

This is my go to place for car servicing. They take very good care of you and car as well.

Very helpful and always friendly.they always check my tire pressure for me with no hassle and got my tire pressure light to finally go off by checking all wheels and fixing the problem.

Such a GREAT place to turn to when you need help.especially LAST MINUTE! I called them a little before they were getting ready to close up for the night. I explained that I had ran over a nail and my tire was losing air QUICK! They told me to bring it on over and they would take care of me. I couldn't have been more grateful and appreciative. Every one of the employee's were extremely friendly and welcomed me even though they were just about to finish for the night. They did not rush to fix my tire and it was done right. I HIGHLY recommend going here, no matter the severity of the situation.whether it be to fix a tire or to get all new tires! They're EXCELLENT! If I could give 10 stars I certainly would!

Quick efficient service. Road hazard well worth the money during purchase. Came in for a leak check and left with four new tires (AWD) dictates this because leak deemed unrepairable.

Mike, store manager, got me right in to replace a headlight. I didn't have an appointment, but he worked me in & I was done in about 20 minutes. Service was great.

Normally as a single girl, I walk into auto shops and feel on guard. People try to take advantage of my gender and age, but I come prepared with sass and knowledge. I just had a great experience here that did not leave me feeling on guard. The mechanic patiently listened to my noise, took everything apart, showed me what was going on, and even recommended I wait on service. That’s putting the customer first and it’s appreciated.

I went in to have my tires looked at because of a small leak. First they said if I could leave my vehicle with them on Saturday, they will work me in which was really nice of them since I called them the night before and that were booked solid. So I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am the next day and got a call from them saying my vehicle was ready a little after 10 am that day saying they checked all of them and one had a nail in it and it was already fixed! I came to pick it up and the guy rang me up, than said you are all ready to go. They waived the free for fixing my tire so I didn't even pay for anything! My tires weren't purchased at tire discounters, so they were just doing it under no obligation. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

These guys are awesome! First i showed up 30 minutes to close and expected to see when they were open next during the holidays. I was shown a few selections and got a better tire for about 50 total dollars more for everything. They gave a free tire balancing and also got this all done in that 30 minutes to close. These guys are the best in my opinion and worth your business.

A friend of my steered me to Tire Discounters, and they were great when they installed my tires in November. I was having issues with a tire, just a little over a month later, and I brought it in under the warranty, and everyone was super cool about the repair. I'll be travelling a lot for the holidays, and it was nice to know that Tire Discounters kindly took care of my needs so I won't have to worry on my road trips.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They fix it all, Tires and more. It’s refreshing to see the efforts to explain each item that is needed in great detail. You can have confidence in what is being done to your car and what you will pay!

The only negative was that someone deleted the oil life display from my menu and I had to reinstall it and then reset it. It was probably an error on the part of the tech but made me wonder. The tech also did not set the tire pressure in my tires. They were the same as when I arrived and I thought that this was standard procedure when doing a tire rotation and especially during the alignment test. I did pay for the annual alignment guarantee as well which included resetting the camber on my front tires.

I had a flat tire from a piece of glass. I came into this location of TDs expecting them to tell me I would need a new tire. Nope.they said, "we can fix this one up for in an hour or so. " And to boot, they didn't charge me labor to get the glass out. Wow! TDs just made a customer for life. Any company that treats customers like this deserves my business. Thank you, TDs!

We had our oil changed. Had to wait in store as it was raining. Clean, bathroom accessible, told us would be done in an hour and it was. Very nice

Everytime I've been to this location I've always had the best service. Very nice people, professional and always keep me informed on my cars needs. The show room is always clean and can't beat the prices. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!
