The Service and Professionalism is why I go to this particular Tire Discounters Store to begin with.

Tonight we had a tire in our new Silverado have a nail in it! We took the truck over and it was repaired immediately!
All the staff was professional and courteous!

Female manager with black hair was extremely rude. First said tire would be the same. It's not. Asked her about my Lotus Elise tires, which mind you I had changed there when Tom Beck was manager and she responded that they will not do the work. Really? No tires at Tire Discounters? Will go to Discount Tire from now on right next to this Fields Ertel location.
You've lost a 30 year customer by having a rude female manager with the personality of a rock.

The employees are rude and take forever to do their job when the General Manager isn’t at the store.

From start to finish, I had an absolutely amazing experience with tire discounters. I first went to a nearby tire shop and was told they wouldn’t be able to schedule me until after the weekend. When I called tire discounters on Thursday evening, the woman who answered the phone told me I could come right away and the tires would be changed within a couple hours! The staff was friendly, helpful with any questions I had, and made the whole experience go very smoothly. On top of all of this, the price was fair. I will be recommending this store in the future and will certainly return with future tire needs!

Skip the shop is great. Saves a ton of time. Service was done in no time. But The lady at store is rude. She doesn’t answer any questions like what items are used and said its going to be on final receipt. When i received one, it had a wrong item listed. She says the engine oil 0w-30 is not in her system so she put 5w-40 in receipt. Now only the technician or god knows what they actually put in my car. Never go to a store who is not transparent.

My daughter has repeatedly had to replace tires from Tire Discounters. Every time they require her to pay installation even if the tire is less than 2 months old.

Dan A did a great job today servicing my vehicle. He showed up a little early, and I wasn’t prepared for him. However he was very kind and polite and patiently waited until I was ready.

The Skip the Shop option is amazingly convenient. Dan A.is always helpful, friendly, and professional. I can’t recommend him or Tire Discounters highly enough.

Everyone that helped me was fast and kind, calling with questions was a breeze, were so helpful with getting my tire replaced.

First I ended up driving 30 minutes out of my way to help this manager avoid refunding my 3 year Alignment plan. He said call and schedule his team a get me right after me pleading for a Alignment for more then 10 months to just be done in a realistic time frame. So I showed up on time they did half the job, and the same person that just tried to price gouge me yesterday told me it was a car on the Alignment machine that needed a part it's going to be hours until we can start. I said ok and rescheduled to walk out and see that wonder woman had to have had her invisible suv on the Alignment system waiting on marvel to drop off a part. 13 months in and no Alignment for her to ask me if I needed it done yesterday after trying to charge me 400 to mount balance and reset tpms Aaa did me for 116 gave me free membership and Alignment plan I need a refund sir

Though the Fields-Ertel location is always hopping, once I showed up for my appointment, I stayed and waited for my vehicle. The Techs had it ready in about half the time I expected!
They let me know exactly what work they had performed, and my car drives as well as promised. No small feat in such a busy store!

But, please make an appointment first, or there will be many vehicles in front of your’s!

Work was done in a fair amount of time and they did a great job. However frank is less than pleasant to deal with and I would avoid him if you can.

Impressed with everyone I worked with throughout this process. They were great at communicating what work needed to be done and in what time. They even suggested their Skip the Shop valet service and I can’t recommend enough. It made the process so much easier! Thank you Heidi and Dan A, they both were wonderful to work with!

Went to have diagnosis on a power steering on a 05 Ford Taurus they said the only thing you needed was to be bled it was a air pocket in it that had to be taken out and said nothing else was wrong with it concerning the power steering pump then started having problems with it and another mechanic said that it was the power steering belt hose so not very nice of them
