Extremely knowledgeable on all of my inquiries about tires …. And other services they TD offers Jeanie and Sam were awesome thanks again. Definitely recommend this company.

I took in a flat tire and they had me back on the road in 90 minutes and it was fully covered under the warranty for the tire I had purchased there.

Worst place ever! I got 4 new tires and an alignment! They completely messed my alignment up! My steering wheel oulls to the side now and my vehicle doesn't even drive straight! Then I made an appt to get it fixed (mind u, I have 3 young children that have to go with me). When I show up for my appointment they tell me they just took a car that was here back, so it will be 2 hours before mine could get done! I cant just sit there with 3 young children and wait for them to do someone else! The lady at the front desk with straight long hair was the rudest person I have EVER encountered! I wanted to recharge across the counter and punch her, so we just left! I'm so frustrated with this place that I can't just get my car fixed from the mistake they made! I would never recommend this place! They are the worst!

I had a tire that was losing air slowly. This was going on for some time. Sam was able to get my vehicle in and my tire problem repaired in a satisfactory time frame. I can always count on this store.

On my first appointment the wrong tires were delivered so it needed to be rescheduled. That can happen. When I went to pick the car up on the day the tires were installed it was close to closing time and when I drove away a warning light came on about the ABS. When I came back the next day they said they could diagnose it for $40. I was disappointed with that answer because I thought that they should look at it on the rack to determine if something had maybe gotten knocked loose or something. The light was not on prior to having the tires installed. Too bad I have not had much success in finding a decent and reliable tire store since the one I had used for years was sold. And I’ve had lots of people ask me who I use.

This location gives great service. I would pass other TD's just to return to this one.

Made an appointment with tires ordered at 1pm. Got there (luckily I work next door) and was told they had to order the tires. So I went back to work and watch my car sit there for over 3hrs before anyone touched it. They finally pulled it in at 4: 30. Then we’re finally done with it at 6: 30. So I went from appointment at 1pm to being done 5 1/2 hrs later. And after that the tires were dirty as heck when they were on. Not a huge deal but just something I should add. People were pretty nice though.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this tire discounters. A lot of other places will charge you an arm and leg just to take a look at a potential problem. This place has always been transparent and never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I’d definitely recommend coming here.

I had a nail in my tire this morning. I called and was told to bring it in. I think I was there less than an hour and they were able to fix this issue. I’ll definitely be back for service!

Absolutely the best shop experience! Staff is wonderful as is services! If you need automotive repairs or tires, this is the place to go!

Been here lots of times for various reasons and just got turned away because I wanted my transmission fluid changed and u joints greased. I've spent thousands of dollars here and I won't be coming back. The last store manager I had dealt with was courteous and wanted to earn my business this guy was eager to get me out the door and seemed bothered. But don't worry, valvoline will do it and they're right next door.

Terrible service.went in to get a balance and tires rotate - they said my tread was worn and they couldn't rotate. Got new tires and the stem valve broke (driveway washing the car) a month out.took it back and they said the month old tire had broken tire pieces as if it was driven on a flat. It wasn't.but they gambled it was. They attempted to pass dried soap sods inside the tire as pieces of the tire.it dissolved when I splashed water on it.
