Tire Discounters reviews
15Very professional and very efficient. Would recommend all friends and family to this store
I love this Tire Discounters! Josh and his whole staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Amazing service from this location. Josh was great in helping fix my two tires. Fast & Efficient. He also recommended a couple other things that needed done but did not pressure in any way to act like a salesman. Highly recommend this location.
Had to get new brakes, tires and rims here and 2 years later they’re still running great. Customer service is great, and service is pretty awesome. Will definitely continue to come here and recommend to friends
They worked with me to find a tire to fit my budget. Work was completed quickly, under the hour quoted, and the staff was courteous and professional.
Thank you, Tire Discounters in Sugarcreek Township. I have been going to them for years. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, how fast they get the job done and provide great customer service. I highly recommend TireDiscounters in Sugarcreek!
I have to say that I was a little skeptical at first when I had a month old tire that was deflating. Little did I realize that I had a screw in the tire and took it in to tire discounters for it to get looked at. They patch the tire and handled everything free of charge. I was back on the road within an hour. I was very grateful for their quick service and good warranty.
I’ve utilized this Tire Discounters a few times and they are always very timely and thorough. I trust that I’ll be taken care of when I need service. Definitely recommend.
Was there for a friemd. They got the tires on and full service within 2 hours. Grezt service
These guys were great. In and out with 4 tire sensors and rear brakes. Reasonable prices and good service
Our tire pressure light popped up after a long trip, and Josh was more than happy to fill them up with air even though it was two minutes before closing and in windy 40 degree weather! Super grateful and will highly recommend!
Outstanding service from this location. Josh was absolutely amazing in helping fix my tire. We were able to drop our car off and pick up in just over an hour. Highly recommend this location.
Rude, rude, rude is the first words that come to mind. I have used this place many times in the past and bought several sets of tires there, sent my daughter there for tires and always seemed to get decent service. But awhile back they got an employee name Jim, and every time I've been there, he acts like you beneath him and your an inconvenience. I've also bought tires online in the past and paid them the labor to mount my new tires. Roughly a year ago, I had tires mounted there and it was approx. $130 with old tire disposal and tax. I go there today with some more tires I bought and my wheels loose of my car and Jim tells me it's $215! And that's with me keeping 2 of the old tires. They don't have to tie up a bay or pay a mechanic to take wheels off my car, et. It's ridiculous that they nearly doubled what they charge and Jim was more than happy to let me go down the road to another tire shop. They charged $110 with disposal and tax. I'll not be back if Jim is there and I can see them losing more and more business because of him.
Been coming here since 2017 and just within the last year things have started to go downhill. We’ve spent bunches of money here. From 3 year alignment packages to every oil change since 2017. New tires, everything. This last visit was the tipping point for me and I’m trying to figure out if I ever want to go back.
Back in July we had them install TPMS sensors on 2 wheels that were out. Last week when temps started to get cold we had to add air because it was showing low. Come to find out that they didn’t program them correctly (rear was front and vice versa) so now they had to be re-done. I took the vehicle in for that and a quote for some squeaking over bumps etc. I paid for a diagnostic. They diagnosed calipers and quoted replacements at almost $500. I get it, but I can do those myself for parts at about $140 so i declined.
So that was that, until I went to pick it up. Immediately when I got back in the vehicle the Service Tire Monitor System light came on. I went in and they said that the batteries died when they re-programmed them. Did they not think I would know when my dash lit up like a Christmas tree when I started my car? Second of all this is a $200 fix and I would’ve happily paid to have this done. But they didn’t even tell me, they didn’t fix it, and the only reason it’s dead is because they had to reprogram the sensors due to their fault.
Anyway that’s my issue. Blatant disregard in telling a customer what was wrong because I didn’t elect the $500 job. Once I declined seemed as though they flipped a switch and decided I was some cheap skate despite my long established clientele with them.
Giving 2 stars based on previous good experiences but docking 3 for this experience.
