I wish I could pick 0 stars! This location was VERY unhelpful, and tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman and assumed i knew nothing and would just swipe my card for whatever. They tried to sell me a new tire instead of simply repairing my basically brand new tire (5-6 months old). I really wanted a 2nd opinion because it would have been very expensive to buy a new tire and seemed ridiculous to me since they advertise free repairs, so I took it to another location and they literally fixed it for free no problem….

My wheel center cap came off while driving after a tire rotation. I asked to ensure the center caps were tightened since it happened once in the past, evidently, they didn’t. In addition, not good customer service.

This was my first time as a customer with Tire Discounters. And I will be a repeat customer. From my first contact with Rufus to the end, everything went well. Thanks to Dalton, Rufus, the young man who worked on my vehicle and all the mechanics in the shop, thank you for a job well done.

First time at this Tire Discounters Oakley, phenomenal service! They were accommodating, fixed my alternator at a very reasonable price, even sent an Uber to pick me up when my car was ready (which only took less than a day). Definitely coming back and recommend. Thank you Mike, Dalton, Rufus, and Mechanic Gabe!

I went to have my rear passenger tire patched and rear driver side tire replaced and they replaced the rear passenger tire and left the leaking rear driver side tire on so the next morning it was flat. I got it back to them and I was told they had a new tire coming from the warehouse to replace the driver side rear.that was a lie! They got my old tire out of their scrap heap, patched it and put it on my vehicle which I would've been fine with (because that's what I paid to have done the day b4) had they not lied to my face.

Staff were all very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Got a set of four tires at the suggested price, and the car was ready when they said it would be.

My First time there, I was totally satisfied. Rufus was very helpful in getting what I needed done. Waited less time then I was told it would be. Thank you.

My SUV broke down on a trip home from Louisville, KY to NEO. The guys at TD were quick to run diagnostics and helpful even with the car not being fixable. I appreciate all their help in a really difficult situation being out of town and needing fair and honest help

I went to the Oakley Ohio location after hitting a curb a little too soon! With a health issue ive been battling it was truly the last thing I needed in my life, not to mention needing 4 tires due to the AWD design of my 2014 Subaru.
All seemed bleak and dreary… Then i was greeted by Mike. He was courteous from the get go, offering me a warm smile when he could just have easily starred right through me in a hurry to get me processed!

I noticed a great epic tattoo on his right arm that I asked about. He went to explain that it was a tribute to his late daughter.

He candidly addressed my tire situation and shot me straight stating that the tires couldn’t be salvaged. He offered me a discount given my unforeseen misfortune.
(He even added a comic remark stating that he would try and minimize the bad news given the drained look on my face)

In conclusion this is the type of guy you want with you in the trenches, every time without exception! Mike deserves an extra paid day off this year to do well…whatever the heck he wants! The best albeit brief interaction Ive EVER HAD at TD or ANY tire shop Ive patronized! God bless ya Mike and thanks for earning a previously skeptical customer!

I came here panicking because of an issue i was having with my car, they let me wait inside and the service was amazing, constantly checking in on me and making sure i was comfortable while waiting (which wasn't very long). The man came out and sat with me to tell me what was wrong, he was very nice and explained to me in detail what happened and what I needed to do, they let me go without charge after the inspection since they were unable to fix the issue. Really great service I'm happy I went even if they couldn't get the part I needed!

My experience was good, they are very professional there. Just one little complaint, I wasn't called when my vehicle was ready.

Service was quick for my single rim that I had them replace the tire on. They also straightened out the rim.

I am very impressed with the front staff of this Tire Discounters. I went in with a general question before work, and even though the staff was very busy with customers and phone calls, they were speaking to each customer kindly and patiently.

Tony & the rest of the Tire Discounters team were awesome today! I really appreciated their communication, speed, & customer service! Great experience overall, thank you!
