Scheduled an oil change for 12: 00pm on a Monday and they got it all done in 40 minutes! It’s was about $20 to $30 less than anyone else and I got free tire rotation! 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family. I’m all smiles Thanks again Tire Discounters! Tire discounters has always taken care of me! Lift kit on my truck done to perfection, free tire rotations and they have always stood behind their work which I love!

Told me a tire with a nail couldn’t be patched and that I would need 4 new tires. Got a second opinion and the tire is now perfectly patched and we did not have to buy 4 new tires. I hate when you have a simple problem that needs to be fixed and a business tries to take advantage of your plight and up charge you. Will not be back. Go to Nickerson in Cville instead.

They wanted to charge over $300 for a battery install which they weren’t even sure was the problem. Called back after taking some time to think about it, and they put me on hold until their store closed. Overpriced. Overhyped. Not the first time or only person that has had negative comments. 10/10 would recommend to all my enemies.

I stopped by tire discounters in springboro and Brent was very professional and nice. Eric and Austin were eager to help me balance a couple tires and jumped right on it. They had me fixed up super fast and were very friendly. They even offered to carry the tires out to my truck. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of staff. I’ll be back!

They were models of excellent customer service, everyone present seemed comfortable and confident. I'm happy with the tires I got, as well as the speed at which I got my car back. Brent specifically was top rate.

I originally took my vehicle to Matt Castrucci and Centerville, Ohio were they cost over $1000 worth of damage so I took my car to Tire Discounters where they have worked on my other Hondas they fix my car and cannot believe what the Honda dealership did. I did get a refund from the Honda dealership, but only after putting a bad review I had tried calling and they would not take my phone calls. They knew they did me wrong. I will take my vehicle to no other place but tire discounter. I trust him completely.

1st rate service. Everything was explained and completed very quickly. I have used them before and will use them again in the future.

Great service and friendly. They took my Rivian and treated it with care during the tire rotation.

Entire staff is out of this world. Great communication, explaining what is wrong and not taking advantage of customers like other ships. Will definitely be back

This is going to be a factual review and a huge alert to consumers. I dealt with Rick. First off Rick is a huge liability and as a business owner I would of let him go the first day.

I came in for a oil change and flat tire repair. As he was writing it up he was told by his boss tire discounters can no longer service cars with out dip sticks. As we went out side to write up the car for a flat repair. Rick proceeds to tell me why they won't change the oil. Td destroyed a car with this same scenario.

Later that day I get a call for Rick to upsell me on new tires, a rim and back brakes. Never mentioned what the multi point inspection was like. I agreed to for the work to be done. Once I left with the car, tire light came on so I took it back. They programmed the sensors wrong according to Rick.

I requested a oil change again because from my research there was a dip stick. I got the service done again no multi point inspection was brought up to me. The following week I had smoke coming from the motor. I took it back in and they verified it was a bad gasket on the oil cap. I asked did they verify the oil and the guys said they couldn't since there wasn't a dip stick. The person I dealt with says they should of never done the service. This whole time I was explaining the info I was given by Rick on all 3 encounters. Rick denies he even said most of everything. That to me is a red flag. Td should be made aware of his actions and how he handled business. After verifying with Mercedes there isn't on this car.

I've been here various times over the last decade and each time I'm reminded how business used to be done. They never tried to oversell, and even repaired a tire for no charge, which was huge because it was during an ice storm. Any time there's an emergency they're my go-to.

Very courteous people. Solid work was done in the amount of time they estimated if not sooner. The price was about what I expected.

They are top-notch. They answer questions, know what they're talking about, and do good work for a fair price. Very rare these days. Highly recommend.
