Very pleased with oil change service at Tire Discounters! Friendly service from Charles Darrough brightened my day.

I purchased a new set of tires. The manager James Penwell was so incredibly helpful. He explained each tire to me and helped me to decide what worked best for me in my budget. My appt was first thing in the am and was completed in an hour and half. The workers are also very knowledgeable and kind. Top Notch customer service! They are very efficient and extremely helpful.

I had a wonderful experience! I made a 9am appointment to check on my tires as I had a leak, and rotate them and was out within the hour! Charles Darrough, the service manager, was very helpful, attentive, and thorough in explaining what was happening with my vehicle as things came up. What a great team They definitely made it a good experience for me and I look forward to returning. I also had previously bought tires from them and it allowed me to get a deal (free) on my tire rotations!

Excellent and accommodating experience from top to bottom. I called ahead to see if I could have my car's tires rotated as well as an alignment done the same day- they had an opening later that afternoon. Once I arrived, I mentioned that I was also hoping to have a tire balancing but forgot to request one. Phil checked for me and said they would squeeze that in. Service took a little less than an hour while I waited. At checkout, Phil made sure to let me know that my car had indeed been out of alignment, and that they had also replaced a tail light that had been out! Phil Kemmerling and his colleagues were courteous and efficient. We'll be using their services again.

This is a great location. It’s never overly busy, the staff is nice, and it doesn’t take forever to get an oil change.

Charlie and James were phenomenal! I took my car to Honda for the same issue and they fixed one tire for corrosion causing my tire to leak for $250. These guys did all four tires for $42! I’ll definitely be back for new tires or any service that they offer and I need from these guys. It’s rare to find honest and great people that do better work for beyond reasonable prices. Thank you

I have only had a bad experience at one TD location and this one ain't it. I always am treated with respect and provided with all of the best and most affordable options. The staff at the Sawmill/Powell location are really enjoyable to work with.

I had a great experience at Tire Discounters on Sawmill Road. Unlike other tire shops, they were able to service my Tesla, which requires special lift equipment. The staff was not only friendly but also highly professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services.
